La chambre semblait rénovée, mais la propreté laissait à désiré. Poussière autour du bain. Murs salle dans salle de bain et sur la tapisserie au dessus du lit. À l’arrivée, il y avait une odeur de sens bon à tapis. C’était très désagréable. Nous avons ouvert la fenêtre toute notre séjour. Sinon, hôtel très bien situé. Resto juste à côté et station d’essence. Beaucoup de stationnements. Réceptionniste très gentille et pas compliqué pour le check in ou check out. Nous donnons un 2.5/5. S’ils mettaient un enphase sur une inspection qualité du ménage, cet hôtel recevrait plus de monde. Merci!

Chambre qui n'était pas propre... ménage négligé... chambre de bain sale, poil d'animaux sur le mobilier, saleté au plafond et forte odeur de produit chimique sur les tapis. Serviettes propres, lit confortable et personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner non satisfaisant (nous sommes allés déjeuner au restaurant à proximité).

This property was filthy dirty. There were 18 holes in the bed spread. The sheets were dirty. The refrigerator was so dirty it was in usable. I have pictures of you would like to see them. I could not stay there because of these completely unsanitary conditions and they refused to give me a full refund. I had prepaid 2 nights. This hotel is a complete scam!!

This place shouldn’t even be in business. Absolutely disgusting, stains on sheets, comforter, smoke alarm wires just hanging, nasty stains on walls and just filthy. If I wasn’t so tired and temps cold I would sleep in my car. You couldn’t get me to use the shower if you paid me. No wash cloths, no phone to call front desk.

The room was somewhat clean however the other guests were so disrespectful and belligerent that it made our stay intolerable. Partying in stomping and yelling with loud music until 4:30 AM. When I tried to call the front desk to complain there was no answer when I mentioned it in the morning I just got a dead look as if they had no knowledge of any disrespect or consideration to make it better. The Jets in the Jacuzzi tub did not work the toilet overflowed, and the bedspread had tons of holes in it. We will never stay at this place again.

Wow that was bad.
This stay was terrible! I stayed on the top floor. There were no elevators. The entire establishment wreaked of cigarette smoke regardless of the non smoking room I had. In my room, it smelled heavily of cigars. There were holes and stains on the sheets and bedspread. There were non covered screws the size of my thumb. The fire detector had no fascia so there were just wires hanging from the ceiling. The handles of drawers were just hanging off. The shower was okay until I was finished. There was one towel. When I unfolded it to use it, it was dirty and smelled heavily like cigarettes. I tried to dry off with the hair dryer, and it was the most unsafe and unusable thing I have seen in a long time. There was no WiFi even though it was advertised. There wasn’t many tv channels, just news and sports. There was even a dead cockroach in the window when I opened it. Please don’t stay there. It did not make me feel safe or uncomfortable.

Disappointing
There was so much that was wrong with our overnight stay. To begin with trash was not emptied from the bathroom. Bathtub was not clean top blanket was dirty complained about that room. They accommodated us by allowing us to move to another room upon doing so stained sheets, two channels to watch sports and news. Needless to say never again will I stay at this hotel.

I had a staff member in town so I had her stay at this hotel. Unfortunately there as a random person that came around to her room banging on the door and made her feel very unsafe. Not sure how secure this is and it was a little troubling for my staff member. Security for guests is a big deal.

The room was really gross. The bed was covered in stains, there was chocolate spread all over the headboard and holes in the walls. Keep that in mind before booking.

STAY FAR AWAY!! The linens and pillows are filthy and covered in yellow and black stains. We ended up going to buy our own sheets, towels and blankets. They only gave us 1 towel for a king suite and no wash cloths. Some of the light fixtures had no light bulbs. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The fire alarm was taken down. Found press on nails on the floor by the head board. The phone had no cords to it, it was just decoration I guess. One of the employees got into a screaming match with a customer befause the empoyees took their stuff out of their room when they had just checked in that day. I could go on but this is lengthy enough.

Pretty shaky motel on balance with things like missing toilet roll holder, non-functional microwave and telephone likely standard fare as in my case. Dirty curtains, stained bedding and a tiny pillow to boot. If it's a dire situation you find yourself in like mine was it will work for a time but no more time than is absolutely neccessary!!

There was no towels in the room. Only one wash cloth and 2 hand towels. Luckily we brought our own. We had the jacuzzi room and the half the jets didnt work. The bathroom door is about to fall off the wall. And you cant even close it There was stains on the sheets and holes on the blanket. The outside door to get in the hotel wasnt lock. It says breakfast included and shows a picture of it. Well guess what no breakfast at all. The front is never up there. Limited on tv channels When i call expedia to get my refund they wouldnt refund me. hotel its horribl. THINK TWICE ABOUT BOOKING

Avoid this hotel and save your money. They do not clean thoroughly. There are dirty rooms. They do no fix appliances in rooms and expect you to stay there.

Absolutely disgusting room and property. In a terrible location, whole place stinks, hair in the sink and on the floor, mold in the shower, AC not working, floor in bathroom sticky, floor in main room dirty. Bedding looked dirty. I left immediately.

When I got there they said I didn’t have a reservation. It was cancelled by them. The receptionist was rude and didn’t care at all. The lobby was dirty and there was plexiglass in front of me. Very disgusting would never go back there again
