We recently stayed here during a cross-country trip back home with our dogs. It is right off of I-40, making it extremely convenient. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and spacious. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this spot if you're driving through and need a safe, clean place to stay for the evening.

The property is undergoing room renovations that I would have liked to know about upon booking. My room was renovated and the updates are excellent, especially the bathroom. The rest of the property is a C Class at best. They are pet friendly, but there are no outside areas for dogs to evacuate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. An okay place to stay for an overnight, but not multiple days like I did.

Being completely renovated now (April 2024). The room felt brand new because it is. Way better room layout and design than usual. Quality, walk in shower. Good location with easy access to downtown. Very good value in these expensive times.

We stayed here two days, the first day of our trip and the last day. Both rooms were comfortable and clean. Very quiet. There was construction going on while we were there as noted on signs I saw around the hotel but I never saw or heard anything (and we stayed on a weekday). The hot tub and sauna looked great although I didn’t use them. I did use the workout room and it was great. Easy access to the freeway, gas, and food. I recommend!

They were remodeling which was not said anything about when booking, the property was difficult to navigate which doors to go in to get to your rooms. The construction crew or whatever worked all night till about 1:30 am. But the rooms were nice they could use actual fitted sheets on the beds instead of just a flat sheet that wasn’t even enough to cover the mattress

The room was very nice and clean, even with the renovations everything still looks amazing! The bathroom was very clean and the shower was very fancy! The front desk guy was very friendly and happy to help with everything! Very friendly people and the bed was very comfortable! Will definitely come back if I go back through flagstaff!

they are currently renovating the hotel, which will include an elevator once done. staff helped us carry our luggage to our 2nd floor room so it wouldnt be an inconvenience. they were helpful & friendly. we had an excellent breakfast at Dirty Birdies restaurant right next door. we would stay here again.

This was our first time visiting since the new ownership and it was great! Super modern and clean rooms with really easy parking. Very friendly to pets as they offer bowls, treats and a tennis ball when you check in. Will definitely come again.

This is a decent overnight place to stay, but be prepared for Interstate road noise depending on the location of your room. I also didn’t notice that the room charge included an additional “resort fee”. Not sure what amenities are included with that fee, but it was not worth it for us. Still under construction for remodel, so there is a lot that is in transition. Our biggest frustration was that after returning to our room from using the jacuzzi, our key would not open the door. My husband had to walk through the courtyard in his wet swim clothes to get a new key. The kind and helpful staff had to try to activate a number of keys before giving up and opening a new box of keys to find one that worked.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, otherwise it would have been all 5’s. However, there was no construction noise. The staff was exceptional, and it was very clean. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

It was right off the highway and the rooms were great. We went there on the way to Los Angeles and we made sure we went there again on our return trip.
