A perfect retreat for older couples
Great location, superb outdoor area with sea access and a huge roof terrace as well. Super-friendly staff, excellent breakfast and buffet dinner. Average age (in November) was perhaps 65, so not the bedt option for younger couples!

The hotel is so convenient for the harbour and the old part of the town. So many restaurants to go to and shopping. I love the fact that you can swim straight into the deep sea from the hotel and have the pool facilities. The roof top bar is a great addition.

The hotel is perfectly placed for a dip straight into the sea via steps and a lovely pool. Sun beds can become scarce times as there is not always enough shade. They are closing for a few months to upgrade areas of the hotel. I would definitely go back again. We have been in both the apartments and the hotel. Equally good.

Flott hotell for badeglade gjester
Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Bra rom med flott sjøutsikt. Flott frokost og god middag, med både varme og kalde retter. Flott bassengområde og badetrapp rett ut i sjøen. Bra renhold og nye håndklær hver dag. Takterrassen med bar er et ekstra pluss, når man skal ha en sundowner.

Hotel is in a lovely location close to the beach and harbour. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel is comfortable and amenities are good. Some areas need updating though. Staff very friendly and efficient. Food was varied and well prepared. Drinks not overpriced. We had a very enjoyable stay

Never Again!
A return visit for a special anniversary... But NEVER AGAIN. Hotel is in a beautiful spot... but so run down now. Uncomfortable beds Air con not working... wasn't even good as just a fan To cool down you need to open the french doors... on the ground floor that means that your open to the world all night... with a barricade of chairs just in case... but we were awake because of the beds anyway. Pool area... wasn't actually "cleaned" in a week... just stuff picked up Great Bali beds to hire... supposedly starting at 10.00... one day 10.25... another 10.45... another gone 11.00 REALLY? They come with drinks and nibbles and fruit to "start the day"... one day the fruit arrived at 1.30pm! The drinks holder by the bali bed... NEVER cleaned, really bad! The roof terrace... bug heaven, filthy water laying in dis-used showers... broken beds... Small hotel that can get taken over by large groups.. one family with 11 kids took over the pool for days... unbearable. Hot food in the restaurant... very often colder than the salad bar! However, the salad choice was fab... and cold options/breakfast great. This was such a bad stay that we checked out early (at great expense) and moved hotels! Take heed management.. your staff are great... but if you don't sort things out your lovely hotel will never recover... It could be so good... but someone needs to take charge and sort it out!

Excellent position and amenities. Food was excellent, as was the staff who were helpful and always courteous. Would definitely stay there again as the resort's low rise style and traditional ambience make Puerto de Mogán the best and most picturesque resort in Gran Canaria.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich. Mängel wurden sofort abgestellt. Sehr Lobenswert war die Speisenauswahl zum Frühstück und Abendessen. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Obst und Gemüse, Fisch und Fleisch bzw. Wursterzeugnisse und natürlich zur Abrundung leckere Süßspeisen. Der Poolbereich war sauber und nicht überfüllt. Aus dem Poolbereich führte eine Treppe ins Meer (nur für Schwimmer). Einen Blick auf die Dachterrasse lohnt sich allemal. Dort oben kann man nicht nur relaxen, man hat auch einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Hafen bzw. auf die Bucht.

8 dygn på hotell Puerto mogan!
Hotellet ligger mycket fint !. Maten bra . Rummet är i standard skick. Poolområdet fint men man blir störd av att pool personal går runt hela tiden runt solstolar och till och med dammsuger när man ligger där mitt på dagen ☹️ Man får inte dricka egen medhavd dryck på poolområdet .Mycket dyrt att bo där och det är inte värt priset ! Men mycket vacker omgivning 😊

Ett bra hotell med absolut bästa läge i PuertoMogan, rekommenderas. Dock oerhört irriterande och stressande att gästerna lägger ut handdukarna på solstolarna för att därefter anlända ”2 timmar senare” och att hotellet inte agerar mot detta.

Lugnt och fint hotell.
Vilka fin veckor vi fick, mycket tack vara att det flöt på så bra på Hotellet. Rummen var fint städade och maten var helt utsökt. Trotts att vi var där i 14 dagar tröttande vi inte på maten, det fanns alltid något som passade oss och smakade gott. Stämningen god och man kände sig riktigt bortskämd. Härligt att kunna kliva ner i havet från trappan, något vi gjorde varje dag.

The pearl of Gran Canaria
This hotel is the perfect spot for relaxation! High standard - in a ‘down to earth’ way. Very good food - and various opportunities (especially the days with full opened buffet). Direct access to the sea from the pool area. May I recommend booking a Balinese sunbed!

Overall all good, I think it is one of the best choices in that area. If we will go back to Puerto Mogan we will choose it again. Unfortunately, not all the staff there are meeting the standards of the hotel. But I very much appreciated the attention to customer's satisfaction that the hotel director has shown.

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido la extraordinaria ubicación que tiene y la excelente atención del personal. Lo que menos la cena de domingo a jueves que en mi opinión era un poco escasa.
