« The property was clean and maintained. It is literally on the water. If you want the ocean at your doorstep, you cannot get any better than this! We were minutes away from the shopping at public piers at Rockport. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family vacation. The only negative thing I have to say is that I didn't look closely at the bunkbeds -- they have a weight limit of 160 pounds. I have a big teenager who didn't fit on the bunks. « The property was just enough space for my family of 4 + our puppy. It’s 4 minutes or less from everything. (Beach, Walmart, great food) We had an issue with wifi and the property manager resolved it in timely manner. Overall the stay was great and we can’t wait to book again. »

« In town for the eclipse which was totally cool to see! Nice little apartment. Perfect for 2 and had everything we needed to cook breakfast. Several local eateries so good food was never far. Wally right up the street was nice. Overall had a great time and Alice was always a phone call away. »

« We wanted a place to stay that offered water views and centrally located to all the spots we wanted to visit. This was perfect for us. The host offered a quaint spot that was clean, comfy and decorated with a cute beachside theme. Communication was easy which contributed to the overall great experience! »

« Very clean, kitchen was supplied to cook a meal, if you want to. Good supply of bath towels. Fridge was nice and clean. Living room was comfy as well as the bed. Close to the shops and fishing pier. The beach was about a 5 minute drive. Not many restaurants to choose from in Rockport so I would advise to take some snacks or there is an HEB to shop. Just bring your own laundry soap if you wanna do a load of laundry. They work well and we’re clean as well. Definitely staying here again. »
