Much beyond my expectation for a holiday home. It is so comfortable and well-equipped in kitchen ware, laundry, tumble dryer, Netflix, hot bath, air conditioning, and indoor designated parking spot. I could see guests enjoying the outdoor hot spa on a winter day. It is next to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary that offers hot breakfast for non-visiting guests where you eat outdoor or under cover sharing the lovely space with the free-range big birds. Lorikeet feeding is also accessible to public before entering the park. The beautiful beach is just two minute away and many good restaurants ( dine-in or drive through) and shopping malls are within less than 15 min driving distance. It is so close to the airport that it is no brainer to drive there after picking up your car at the airport. We will definitely return for our next holiday.

So close to Currumbin Sanctuary that you can walk. Beach is just across a little bridge and the three pools are amazing. Under new management, these appartments have the potential to shine. Leah and John were very polite and helpful.

Pros: Eddie was wonderful; very quick to remedy any issues, and easy to reach if needed. The grounds were beautiful!! The rooms were perfect for a family of 5; enough of the necessities, and plenty of room for us all. The spa was perfect on cold days. Cons: Permanent residents made us feel very uncomfortable when using the pool/spa, or moving about the complex. There was also a gross smell coming from the ensuite drain.

Great environment & location
Fabulous week. Handy central location for a variety of excursions. Swimming was great, both at the pool and the beach. The accommodation was perfect for us. Lovely complex, well managed and maintained.

The place is close to beaches the swimming complex was great especially for kids the surf club Vikings was 10minutes walking distance for meals great walking tracks along the beach plus Currumbin Bird,Sanctuary fantastic for kids

Wasn't clean owners belongings stored in one of the cupboards was told the entire property and grounds are smoke free and the entire pool area only plastic water bottles but when my family went to use the pool on Saturday there were adults in all pools and spa drinking cans of beer all were visiting a bottom unit next to pool and spa they were also smoking on the balcony and when another paying guest said something they were told they don't have to abide by the rules because they weren't paying 200 a night wasn't happy at all

Edward provides fantastic service at Check In, during your stay and Check out. Extremely helpful in regards to local attractions! Rooms were amazing! Everything you needed was there. So much more than your normal accomodation it felt luxurious. The pool and spa were great and an evening swim when the lights come on is a must! Will definitely be back!

We could stay again.
Nice apartment and surrounding area. Pool area very nice. Parking was in garage below the apartment so just the stairs up- We had some problem connecting to wifi but had our own hotspot so we managed. The apartment we had (25) would have been lots better if it had wooden flooring instead of plastic mat which smelled a bit when entering the apartment. Also the balcony was not clean. The manager was told of this and was going be done for next guest.

It was in a quiet area. Still close enough to theme parks and shopping precincts. Pool area was clean and well maintained. Check in process was very easy. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Great apartment close to Currumbin Beach
Well appointed and comfortable apartment in very attractive and well maintained garden setting. From check in to departure the Sanctuary Lake experience was excellent. The accommodation was comfortable and clean and all requirements were catered for. The pool and spa were a delight. This is a facility that I recommend to anyone visiting Currumbin who seeks self contained comfort and outstanding value for money.

A Great Place to Stay
We loved our stay at Sanctuary Lake Apartments. staff were helpful and friendly, the facilities were amazingly clean. The apartment had all we needed fora week stay with two kids. Our apartment was modern,spacious and practical. The kids loved the pool, we loved the hot tub, very close to park and beach. Shops close by and Currumbin Wildlife Santuary (a must see) around the corner. Very happy, we will return.

Spacious rooms, welcoming stay
Friendly greeting by staff at office however a little heavy on rules. Outside of property clean, quiet and tranquil. Apartments are spacious with plenty of room to move. Shower screens are in need of repair however only fault. Property is walking distance to beach, cafes and local shops. I'll stay again if the occasion is right

Nice Apartments near the beach
We arrived on a Sunday when the office/reception was closed. Fortunately Edward, the manager, had informed us in advance of how to access the holiday complex when we arrived. We were therefore pleased when we found the envelope with the key to the apartment. We also appreciated being on the ground floor as there was no lift and we had heavy cases and being in our sixties don't find it easy lifting cases up flights of stairs. We found our apartment clean and tidy and it was just a short walk to the lovely clean swimming pool which I used many times in our short break there. The apartment was well equipped with cooking utensils and having the washing machine and drier was a bonus as we are travelling to various places on our trip. We were able to take a short walk to the beach which was lovely. Edward the manager was very pleasant and welcoming.

Upon check in, Manager was very polite and welcoming. Rather disappointed when we had to go up 4 flights of stairs with luggage.... a few trips from the car park!!. Upon entering the room the first impression was old and outdated due to the carpet needing much attention, with dark stains giving a drab and dirty look. Apartment spacious, clean linen and mattresses extremely comfortable. Beautiful pool and grounds immaculate. Room just needs a good ceiling to floor clean and decor update, but if that is rectified then a good place to stay for location especially.

Close to everything, clean, big, good price.
Just across from the beautiful beach, walking distance to Currumbin Sanctuary Honeyworld and the Friday food markets, short drive to shops and cafes, Surf Lifesaving club had great lunches and dinner. Clean, quiet and had everything we needed.
