The lady that welcomed us, I didn't get her name, was just great. She was friendly and joking with us, which just helped keep good moods going. It was nice to have a dispenser of ice water in the lobby as well. The room was clean but had a faint stale odor mixed with a hint of weed. Nothing overbearing, you could just tell someone had done something they shouldn't have. We turned the AC on and that cleared in about 10 seconds. We were staying a couple of nights and I absolutely love that no one comes in your room. Need clean towels? Trash full? Just place them outside your door and when you get back you have a bag of clean towels and empty bags if needed. We didn't have breakfast there, we prefer to check out local small cafes when we travel, but we did take a peek. Breakfast is the usual waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, pastries, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and juice. The water pressure wasn't so great, we were on the 3rd floor, that could have had a hand it that. My one problem, and I did tell the gentleman about it when I checked out, was the mattress. You could visibly see the uneven wear, and hear the springs, it just needs to be replaced. My back was killing me by the second morning. I know hotel mattresses aren't always the best but, this was really bad. This is why it's important to talk to the employees; if they don't know, they can't fix anything. Now they have that chance. Overall, a great stay and we will go back.

The air conditioner unit didn’t work properly. We called front desk and the response was immediate however the room remained hot. The unit worked more like a fan, not an AC.

Simple and convenient. Room was quiet and clean with basic amenities. Quiet breakfast area (happily no incessant TV). Pool area looked nice but the hot tubs were not heated, perhaps because it was early spring…? BBQ area outside should be nice once they renovate, as staff mentioned.

The toilet wouldn’t flush, and the sink would drain very slowly. I went to the front desk to ask for help, they gave me a plunger so I could try to fix it. While it did solve the issue, I thought it was poor taste, instead of sending maintenance team to handle it

Room was clean and everything I used worked. There were no tissues. The shower curtain was discolored at the bottom and was as whimpy a shower pressure that I have experienced this year. I dislike whimpy showers.

Pros: The rooms were clean. The common areas smelled good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The parking lot was adequately lit. The area seems pretty safe. Cons: The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Very few options. We noticed a couple of things were not working like the washers, dryers, and hot tub. We noticed the stairwell and area by the elevator were in need of vacuuming. The walls in our room were not insulated very well. Our neighbors literally stayed up all night talking, not fighting or yelling, just talking. We were able to hear them through the walls. The lady at the front desk wasn’t the friendliest. Not rude, just not fitting for an individual in the hospitality business. Overall our stay was fair. However, we will book elsewhere if we are ever in the area again.

Check-in was easy. The front desk clerk was friendly and professional. The room seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. One of us had to sleep on the pull out couch and that needs a more comfortable mattress. We had a nice, but basic breakfast in the morning.

We would stay there again.
Excellent service at check-in! Our room was clean and comfortable with a couple of exceptions. The air conditioner thermostats was loose and was not accurate. We were cold but it said 80° and was difficult to keep at a steady temperature. The chair and ottoman were nice to have but there were some tears in the chair’s fabric and the ottoman was visibly dirty. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The lawn around the hotel is not mowed. In some places, the grass was 10 inches high. The fence around the property is crumbling. As they saw, the exterior reflects the interior.
