I would have given this a 5-star rating but for the fact that ,t had no elevator. Also, you have to let the water run for a long time to get hot water. I would definitely stay there again but would request a ground level room if there is a lot of luggage.

I would not recommend staying at this property. Upon checking out, I received a second charge on my credit card. I called the property to see what the issue was, and I was accused of stealing two towels and two rags for a total of $70. The lady that answered the phone was very rude about this and did not give me any options to dispute the charge. This is very shady business practices and a dirty way to run a business.

For the money spent it was average. Needs updating. Noticed that the mattress liner/cover was not changed for awhile, but i slept well.

Water wouldn’t go down in the shower, when we told the front desk they said the cleaning staff was gone for the day and there was no maintenance staff available. We were offered no alternate room or any type of compensation. Basically they didn’t care.

Stayed one night. The hotel is older, the outside walkways could use some cleaning, but the room itself was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very minimal - no fruit, no decaf coffee. It definitely wasn't worth what we paid for the night, but at least it was clean.

Room was clean and quiet. Check in was fast and very friendly. Our only problem was the bathroom door stuck and we had to shoulder our way out like we were Chicago PD on a raid!

Nothing wrong with the property; it’s just an older hotel and showing it’s age. It was clean, safe, and comfortable, just nothing fancy. One interesting comment: the pool is listed in the advertisement and property description and I let the pool affect my decision and selection in choosing to stay there. However, the pool was closed, covered, and NOT available for use.

Exterior stairwells were dirty and in need of repair. Sinage said "Due to limited staff, stayovers will not receive housekeeping. Feel free to bring your linen down and swap it out".

They were not cleaning rooms nor replacing towels. I had to go get those myself. The room was dirty and smelled. If I was staying more than one night I would have left.

I confirmed a 2 night stay with a standard room, king bed, no smoking and assessable. Our room was on the second floor, no elevator! Being handicapped I cannot do steps easy. This created a problem. AT THIS POINT IM TIRED AND FRUSTRATED So the lady at front desk gave us a room on the first floor. Double beds, not handicapped assessable. And a smoking room. Charged me additional $$$ (61.00 each day) AGAIN I confirmed my stay through Expedia and got an exceptional price, again my confirmation said standard room, king bed , no smoking and assessable. ALSO- the outdoor pool was not opened (green water) and our toilet wouldn’t flush! I will never stay here again!!!! Sorry, have stayed there before and there was bo problem NO PROBLEM IN THE PAST! Was hoping for some refund because the pool wasn’t opened and the room we ended up with was very very very unsafe (again handicapped) for both of us. Good location, nice big rooms, comfy beds. The breakfast was everything you could expect. The room I stayed in had a running toilet and the shower rail needed securing. So a nice stay but a little maintenance is needed.

It was not far from our entertainment venue. We checked in and went to our reserved event. Came back and stayed 10 minutes before checking out. We decided to drive home late at night and tired rather than stay. Both husband and I agreed neither of us was going to sleep all night. Hope to hear from management soon on our issue!!!!
