Fabulous!
This is a fabulous vacation home! Jacquelyn has thought of everything you’ll need. Tina was so helpful and available for us. She had stocked us up with groceries when we arrived and set up activities for us during the trip. The home is perfectly situated in a calm cove between Georgetown and Little Exuma. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home
This home is clean, and in a very private/quiet area. There is a nice pool, huge patio area, and outdoor bathroom; the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates, pots and pans, etc. (note there is no bath soap/shampoo, so remember to bring your own). It would be a great home for big family with kids. The master bedroom and bathroom are awesome and the super large dining table was fabulous! Lovely all around!

INCREDIBLE
We had an incredible time! Our whole family went down for a warm Christmas vacation and had an absolute blast. The beach outside the house was so amazing. The kids loved snorkeling around and finding all the starfish. My boyfriend proposed to me on the beach in the back yard and the photos are to die for. The best vacation.

Best outdoor area!
We had two families stay here for Spring Break and we can’t say enough good things about Villa Stella Marina! The house was very nice with plenty of room for everybody. The bathrooms were very nice, as well, and there were more than enough towels to go around (both bath and beach). The outdoor area is so well done, providing several hang out spaces with the most beautiful backdrop of blue water. The pool was amazing and all of the water toys were a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend this house! We felt like it was a great middle point in the island to be able to explore both ends (don’t miss Coco Plum Beach!). The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful, too.

Secluded Surprises await !
If ya see the Cat , Feed the cat ! LOL Very very nice & well appointment house on a private beach. The pool was very inviting with a host of provided toys,vests etc. ( kayaks & paddle boards.also) Beds ,couches dining and area all very comfortable. Outdoor living space was were most of our house time was spent. We loved having a fire pit more than expected. House Location is In good centrally located area of the island close to most needs. Lots of good beaches to either the north or south from here. Good food to be found at Legends, Santanas we also had a chef cook for us 1 night. I expected less privacy from the pictures but was pleasantly surprised to find it’s very private. A whole-house generator was being installed during our stay and I think it’s completed. Internet was good

Breathtaking!!
We stayed here this past week for my 50th birthday with our closest friends. This was a dream of mine and it did not disappoint. Jacqueline quickly responed to all of my questions from my initial inquiry about the property to the time we checked out. Tina the house manager, grocery shopped for us prior to our arrival so that we didnt have to waste any time getting our paradise getaway started. She also helped with all of questions during our stay. The house was perfection. The beds were so comfortable. The upstairs bedroom will get warm during the day but will cool off at night. I really do not have any complaints. I strongly recommend hiring Theo @ Tours R Us to show you around the island by boat. That was the highlight of our trip. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful home to escape to!
This was absolutely perfect place for our family. Seven adults and a 2 year old. The house was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Bonus was the water cooler and ice maker!! Plenty of amenities to satisfy all our needs and desires. The pool was perfect for the 2 year old as there was a shallow area by the pool lounge chairs. Your own beach was ideal. It was quiet and relaxing. Yet, close enough to other areas for shopping, eating and water sports. We would certainly, return and recommend this location to everyone. Although part us wants to keep it our secret. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Fun for all
This property was located on a very beautiful beach with picturesque views. It was very clean. There were plenty of towels for both shower & beach. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with cookware. Plenty of life vests. The paddle boards and kayaks were very useful and fun. Reason for 3star on accuracy of online description would be that it seems as though things are just getting a bit wore out from natural wear and tear…missing a kitchen chair, a bar stool pretty wobbly, not all hammocks useful. Also the bunk room has no closet and very little storage for clothes. With that being said, it was still an adorable property just might need a little TLC. There were two families that stayed with 4 adults & kids ranging from 11-23. Every one had a beautiful time! Highly recommend Tina for groceries! Also, Theo, TJ & Don were amazing boat tour guides! Wow! A must do! We went on two different boating days & they were fantastic! Swimming with sharks, piggy & iguana islands, awesome little restaurants on the ocean, etc. excellent memories made! We spent two afternoons at Chat & Chill, super fun playing volleyball, feeding stingrays and chillin’. It was very enjoyable on our down days to just relax at the house and hang out. Jacquelyn was very quick to respond to any questions we had as was Tina. And both are very kind. All in all a wonderful Bahama getaway! Ty so much for sharing your sweet home! PS car rental & bug spray are a MUST

An Honest Review But Still Five Stars!
This property is beautiful and looking out over the pool to the crystal blue water is mesmerizing! Our family of 6 adults and 2 children had a wonderful stay just before Christmas. Plenty of room for all of us and everyone loved the kayaks and paddle boards! But I think it's important to share an honest review about the Island of Exuma... While the water around Exuma is beautiful, the island itself leaves a lot of to be desired. The roads are in poor condition, there are very few "nice" restaurants / bars to visit and there are lots of run down, unsightly areas around the island. Once we got off the main paved road to visit some of the beaches & bars the roads were in very very poor condition. Thankfully I had rented a large SUV with plenty of ground clearance! This property is also a great example of what Exuma is like. While the house itself is very nice, to get to the property you drive down a rutted dirt road and pass by several broken down / junked vehicles. Clearly not a luxurious setting! I'm still giving this property a five star rating because this house is beautiful and the hosts are very responsive. But the Island of Exuma and the area around this property are far from luxurious!

So glad you enjoyed the house. :) When you stay off of a resort on any island this is to be expected. Unfortunately the locals don’t have the same opportunities and resources as people from other countries have. That being said they are very sweet people and crime is practically non existent. They truly just lack the funds to perfect their properties like we are able to. The island is slowing being more developed but we actually enjoy things more laid back and being immersed into the true Bahamian culture. We thank you for your review and choosing to stay with us. :)

Beautiful property - Looks just like the photos!
Gorgeous home, beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds. If you’re looking for a local home, this one is a little off the grid, but privacy and seclusion is everything. Stunning views, and small beachfront property allow access to the ocean. We cannot wait to visit again, we highly recommend.

The property is as advertised and is very clean with all of the amenities provided. The reason for 3 stars is because the power kept going off and there was no back up generator so that made it very uncomfortable during those periods. Otherwise, I would absolutely recommend this property especially for a family vacation

What a wonderful place to stay with kids. The pool was awesome even for beginner swimmers. The house had a very complete kitchen. We used Tina to purchase our groceries and she was amazing. When we called for additional help,she responded immediately. She even helped us get back to the airport. She offered gas only, but we of course gave her what we gave the cab driver. Mom's bakery was awesome. Breads and cakes. Pineapple upside down cake, the best we have ever had. Blu on the water, one of the best views we have ever seen at a restaurant, 5 mins away. We ordered small treasure chest from Amazon and brought them with us. Treasure hunt was a lot of fun, since we had our own beach. Bugs are issue, but with spray it is not a problem. Great trip, hope to come back.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Two couples celebrating a birthday and Anniversary. The home is clean and decorated comfortably. The kitchen was the most well stocked of any I have ever stayed. WOW Exuma you are amazing
This property was perfect. We were 3 families with 7 kids 3 -8 yr old and 3 6 year olds and 1 3 yr old girl. There were 3 large rooms 2 with on- suite and a loft room with a king. Then all the boys slept in the bunk room. This house was perfect. The outside space had everything we needed. Loved that the kids could swim, kayak and fish throughout the day. Great house and perfect location.

Villa Stella Marina is a lovely beachfront home with all the amenities. We traveled as 2 families with 5 children ranging from 2 to 7 years old. They had the best time of all! We spent 2 days exploring the island via boat, visited Tropic of Cancer Beach, Chat n chill, the pigs, Starfish beach, etc. we loved using the paddle boards and kayaks, even saw a sting ray just a few yards off shore! Our husbands booked a bone fishing trip and had the best time catching fish. This home is in a safe location, close to great restaurants, with plenty to do! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back next year!

The house is very accommodating for families. Swing set has seen better days. Kitchen needed a few more supplies and grill didn’t work. There is so much more to do with the kids the swing set didn’t matter. Tina, the property manager, was extremely helpful with food shopping for us before we arrived! We also chartered a boat for the day through Tours R Us . They picked us up at the villa. It was one of the highlights of the trip. I would definitely go back to this property with my family. It was tastefully decorated and outdoor space was very comfortable. One more thing…. eat at Blu, it is only a short distance from the house. It was excellent!

The house was amazing and the view and location could not be beat! The only negative was that the guest room with a king was upstairs and did not have a door to the room or a bathroom. This property provided every amenity possible. My family loved the private beachfront setting, the beautiful pool and spacious lanai. Absolutely Perfect!
We had the most wonderful stay in Exuma! The people on the Island were some of the nicest people we’d ever met! The location of the house is perfect, just a short drive to town, other beaches and restaurants. We rented a van during our stay which was key. We also rented a small center council boat for a few days and explore Stocking Island, Chat n’ Chill, also the sandbar… AMAZING! The house provided us with everything we needed! The beds were comfortable, lots of extra towels and kitchen was well stocked! You couldn’t ask for a better beach front with kayaks, paddle boards and swing right next to a perfectly sized heated pool!! We also very much enjoyed sitting around the fireplace on the patio in the evening with a glass of wine enjoying the stars!! What a great vacation!! We will certainly be back to the islands!!

OMG that view!
Four of us in our 50's took a week to decompress and just chill and Villa Stella Marina was perfect for that! The backyard is so inviting, peaceful and drop-dead gorgeous. The only sounds you hear are the waves breaking and a distant rooster crowing. Location is centrally located to everything, but you really do need a car. The house is well-equipped and so very comfortable! There are a few things that need some attention but they're so minor I won't even mention them here. We started off our week with quite a few plans, but it was SO HARD to tear ourselves away from the backyard. The kayaks were fun, we used them several times and we even did a little snorkeling out in the back (we brought our own gear). We absolutely loved our stay here. My favorite property on the island!
This is a beautiful property in a perfect location for a great price! We loved our stay at Villa Stella Marina! The proximity to Georgetown and Little Exuma beaches really makes this home a gem. The added luxurious showers, extra comfortable bedding and overall beach aesthetic were fabulous touches. We enjoyed every square inch of the outdoors: the beautiful gardens, the glorious covered patio, the heated pool, the pristine private beach and sparkling turquoise waters. I enjoyed kayaking on calm days, finding starfish and other sealife right off the beach! A well appointed kitchen was appreciated for cooking dinners and a nice large bbq for grilling those fabulous ribeyes from the local butcher. Two washing machines made keeping up with laundry for 6 people including 2 teenage boys a snap! 100% will be back to this property. It was a slice of Heaven on earth! We’ve been to Exuma several times since 2015 and this is my favorite location ! Great job to our gracious and helpful hosts! 🌴☀️

Wonderful Week at Villa Stella
We had a great stay at Villa Stella Marina. The house was perfectly situated at the end of a road on the beach and it had everything we needed. We also rented a boat for 5 days from Exuma Boat Rentals in Brown's Marina which is a 2 minute drive up the road. This house was in a great location to explore the Lazy River, Starfish Beach, Sand Dollar Beach, and all the restaurants out on the water.

Great time spent with friends and family (4 adults, 2 kids). More than enough inside and outdoor space to keep everyone including the kids entertained. Playground is a bit worn down but its understandable given the beach proximity (not a deal breaker at all). The house was super clean! House has some toys for kids that both of our 4 year olds used which helped keeping them entertained. Beach access at the house was super easy and water was typically super calm, great for the kids and adults just to sit at the shore and relax. Water was amazing! Kayaks and paddle-boards were a hit with both, kids and adults. Went out for an hour with the kayaks and there was not a soul around, very relaxing. Thankfully we had great weather and were able to explore beaches, restaurants and grocery stores around. House has an ice making machine which I thought it was cool as I expected we had to buy ice somewhere in the island. House also comes with a water dispenser. We did a half day excursion were TJ and EJ picked us up from the house beach access and we all had a great day out exploring the nearby islands and beaches (pigs, stingray, starfish, turtles and sandbar). We also had chef Mike come by the house and cook us a meal on the last night, it was delightful! We were not able to find toiletries in the house and honestly didn’t ask ahead of time (our bad), ended up buying some from the supermarket. Overall 10/10 experience, highly recommended!

We had the most amazing time celebrating my daughters sweet 16 birthday here! It was absolutely perfect for the 6 people in our group with kids and teens. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful spot! Close to everywhere we wanted to go and easy to get around the island with our rental car. Will definitely be recommending to others and coming back!

We had an incredible time. The house is beautiful, the layout is great for a large family, and the beach and pool and outdoor area are perfect for such a beautiful setting. The property manager and everyone we encountered with the house were super helpful and kind and accomodating. The house could use a deep clean but otherwise we had no complaints. Highly recommend!

Paradise in Exuma
We had a great experience at Villa Stella. The house was magical and Exuma is perfection. The beach is beautiful but is is very rocky. It is not for swimming without shoes. More just to sit and gaze at the beauty. The house has every amenity you need except for wine glasses. We loved our week there and would definitely return!! Spent an amazing week at Villa Stella Marina. House was beautiful and the property was beautiful. Tina the manager was amazing. She helped us with getting all of our groceries picked up and help renting a jet ski. Chat and Chill was a blast. No grocery stores open on Sunday so Tina was a lifesaver. Many restaurants close early (4-5) or aren’t open certain days. Mosquitos were bad. Make sure you take bug spray. Highly recommend the property. It’s secluded so you feel like you’re on your own island. Little piece of paradise for a week!

Peaceful Retreat
This house was great size for our group of 7. 4 adults and 3 children. It is located in a very quiet area. We only utilized the 3 downstairs bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom seemed to stay pretty warm, so we didn't utilize it. Upon arrival the pool was dirty and house seemed like it could have been cleaner also. I understand keeping the pool clean is likely difficult with all the sand and varying weather conditions. We let Jacqueline know and she was prompt in having the pool man come back to clean it. We were allowed to check in a little early, so the pool hadn't been cleaned yet that day. The home is spacious and has very relaxing decor throughout. Water pressure was an issue so all 7 of us utilized only the larger master shower. Take turns with the shower and don't run the dishwasher or washing machine during showers. The air conditioner worked great. We did notice some of the towels had a mildew type odor to them. The house has 2 washers and 2 dryers. I think the washing machines need to be cleaned and left to air dry as they both had an odor also (front load machines tend to have that issue). We had two power outages during our 5 night stay. One only lasted a few mins and the other a few hours. We loved the kitchen and living areas. The beach area isn't always the pretty blue you see in photos....it really varies by day and weather conditions. The beach is a little rocky, so I would recommend water shoes. One of the SUP was deflated and broken. One of the recliners in the living room was also broken. Overall this was a good house for the 7 of us. I would recommend a little more cleaning and tidying up for guests as when paying around $1000 a night the expectation is to walk in to a clean, tidy house. We also noticed some trash on back deck area, like used popsicle sticks, pieces of kids toys, etc. Also, the outdoor shed could use some cleaning up also. A few things could make this house even better! Thank you.

Awesome privacy and outdoor living space
We were looking for a property that offered privacy and was still in a convenient location. The villa is a short drive to Georgetown, yet is off the beaten path enough that nobody disturbed us. We enjoyed the outdoor living space. During the first few nights of our stay, the breeze was blowing enough that bugs were not a problem. Definitely bring bug spray for calm days. We enjoyed using the sea kayaks. FYI, there is no snorkeling gear, so bring your own. While there is no reef in the waters around the house, you will see fish. Please be careful to not step on coral!!! A couple of recommendations: The Rusty Anchor restaurant at February Point had the best quality food of our trip, and we ate out a lot. Also, listen for the music from the ice cream truck--yes, Exuma still has an ice cream man. He is nice; please patronize his business. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the villa and are happy we booked it.

Wonderful home for some quality family time. Very relaxing for parents to watch the kids in the ocean, pool and on the swings all at the same time. We will definitely be back

Paradise Found
This home is amazing. Absolutely more than we hoped for. Perfectly located it’s a short drive to anywhere on the island you want to go. But also completely private. The house inside and out is beautifully decorated with great furniture all comfortable and inviting. Clean with all the amenities you could want. Great for a couple all the way to a huge family. We loved every second of this place.

best house for kids
we have been coming to exuma for 20 years. this year we brought new friends with kids ages 6,6,3,1 and this is such a great house for kids. The location is great. I loved that it is closer to little exuma which is underrated and when you stay on the other end of the island feels like a long drive. but this was a great spot to be accessible to liquor and grocery stores and georgetown and also a shorter drive to tropic of cancer beach and santanas. The house was clean and well stocked and the little beach was so great for the kids. very calm and safe. We were also able to rent a boat and dock it on the beach which is key. the pool is great with the shallow level for little ones. most importantly, the airconditioning system was awesome and worked very well and was nice and chilly when we wanted it to be. the TV's were great and loaded with netflix and apps. the washer and dryer are new and worked well which is crucial when traveling with kids. The wifi was fast and worked consistently the whole time which was great because a few people had to work from home. and this is not always the case in exuma. I would definitely stay here again!
