I really liked this hotel. It is in (or near) old town, which is a clean, very walkable part of the city. The rooms are updated and I got a free upgrade to larger room that was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and the shower was uncharacteristically large, at least by swiss standards. There was a loud and hip bar on the ground floor, which looked like fun, but which I didn't have time to sample. I guess that if you had a room above, it might be noisy. My room was on the 3rd floor and very quiet. There are a number of good restaurants nearby.

The hotel was in fact excellent., however we werent actually in the hotel. After being graciously received by a superb staff, we were led through a service door in the back of the bar, across a back alley and into a neighboring building where our room was located. Pretty humiliating.

Noise from bar till 2am!
Stayed for 1 night. My room was right above the bar. Could not sleep until after 2am, as they have very loud music at the bar. It’s noise, mixed with like a sound of hammer from vibrations. Loud and terrible! Manager did offer to change my room when I called about it at midnight, but I was too tired to move all my stuff to the other room plus after a 9hr flight without sleep the night before. But for this, staff is good, room was clean, great location!

The front door of the hotel was broken; and you had to ring a bell to gain access to the lobby. Overall friendliness of the hotel was sub-par; making my stay in Geneva just "okay" and not great

The staff were so unprofessional, except the front desk and concierge The restaurant staff, the house keeping, maintenance techs, so unprofessional .They never got back to us once we had an issue! The hotel did not have AC while the weather was 100 . It was not shown on Expedia. We spent the first night in hell as we arrived after a 6 hour train ride, so there was no chance to cancel reservation. The next day, eventually they had to change our room to an apparently AC room, which did not work at all for the rest of our 4 nights stay! We reported an issue with the enlarging mirror in the bathroom which was loose, which never got fixed until we checked out. There was a perished banana in the buffet, and only one!, we asked them to change it after we took it, and they just gave it to the next client asking for banana and they laughed at what they did but never brought us any banana afterwards. This is simply called DISSERVICE. I will never again stay in that hotel and strongly recommend to all potential future clients to refrain that.

A beautiful brand-new hotel. Elegant and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to many restaurants and Lake Geneva.

Very nice, reasonably priced, boutique hotel one block away from major shopping and ferris wheel. Extremely clean, modern, well decorated room. Restaurant and bar on premises. Friendly staff. Parking kind of an issue. We parked in Mont Blanc public parking until 7pm. Moved car close to hotel when public parking is free after 7pm (until 9am). Was a little loud late at night as the bar below was hoppin (we had an early flight). Overall a great stay, would recommend. Clean, great location, friendly staff.

Despite reporting to Reception the difficulties- no management excuses or contact. Room without AIR Conditioning. But was informed after check-in ( <> …. Too bad that in June the sun rises at 5AM !) First night the towels were not replaced. Housekeeper Left them on the floor!!!!!! (4* ?) Second night : the room wasn’t cleaned , or even looked at ! Horrible. Not even water replaced. Breakfast below any Ibis or Holiday Inn - no fruits. No fresh « quality ».

Arrived at 10:30pm, no food available, no room service, no air conditioning (in June), asked for an iron to prepare for a morning meeting, it never arrived to my room, super noisy road outside during the night while having to sleep with the windows open. Make your own conclusions :D

The room was just redone but no practical. Toilet was very close to sink and no drain under shower seat so water gets everywhere. Very slippery. Not much closet space and no privacy as having no air conditioning we had to open windows and faced neighbors windows.
