« While the Riverview claims to be pet friendly, you cannot leave your pet in your room even in its kennel when you aren't there. This place is 1970's old but decent. It was fairly clean if you don't mind drain flies flying out of the sink drain every time you run water. The staff attempted to help by spraying LYSOL in the sink, they tried to tell us it was gnats coming in from the balcony when the balcony door hadn't been opened, at all. « The room appeared clean. We were not notified prior that the kids outdoor water area was not currently in service at stone hill lodge it was under construction. We found a roach in our bathroom. The morning we were leaving we had a ant issue in the trash can that appeared to be from sticky stuff that hadnt been cleaned out of the bottom of the trash can. « We had a clogged toilet and when I spoke to the front desk, the lady gave me a plunger to open it myself. She told me that she would try to find someone if I was unable to get it fixed. The pool is in the parking lot and there is a lot of wasps at in the parking lot. »

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »
