Both the main house and guest house have a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and a living room. There was great communication from the owner. We would love to go back someday! « This is a cute motel. The property was clean and we had excellent communication. We were able to get an early check in when we called which was wonderful. « This was my second time staying here. The property offers a great escape from, well, everything. It is well located just 10 minutes from downtown Crosby full of some great spots! I really enjoy the cozy, quiet feel of the Boathouse. This was my second trip, both of which were in the colder months. It offers great views of the lake, and outstanding sunsets. Everything is comfortable and well maintained. I look forward to trying this out in warmer months. »
