« A lovely comfortable stay, slept well in a comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice very spacious and clean. We had a nice meal and a very tasty breakfast, bonus point for Gluten free sausages. All staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay again. »

« Good value hotel about a mile from the city centre. Doors are all combination so there is no worry about losing the key. Room had to be reprogrammed but the staff did this quickly and cheerfully. Very helpful and welcoming. »

« When I arrived, there was no heating on in the room and it was quite chilly. I had a word with reception and it was soon resolved. Someone came to the rescue! Comfortable, quiet and pleasant all night. Very friendly and helpful at the Thomas Arms. I will be returning when on my regular visits to Llanelli. Thanks. »
