« Fantastic hotel in every respect. I have just returned from a three-night stay. My son was staying in a cottage just down the road and this was a perfect location for all of us. The hotel is lovely and the friendly service was second to none. Every single member of staff (reception, bar staff, restaurant staff, and the cleaners) was so helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious- both the breakfasts and evening meals. Would definitely stay again. »

The bed was the epitome of comfort, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after each exciting day. We'll definitely be coming back. The food was nothing short of amazing, with the Sunday carvery being a highlight – it's a hit with the locals too, so a tip for future guests: make sure to book in advance. « endroit charmant, isole dans une campagne magnifique. L'hotel a du charme mais le confort n'est pas top. Pas de place prévue pour les valises dans la chambre peu spacieuse, pas d'endroit confortable pour s'asseoir ,juste quelques chaises devant la réception . Restaurant, nourriture pas raffinée mais prix assez chers. Petit déjeuner correct. Extérieur joliment fleuri. »

« Staff were lovely. Food was Lovely. Room was clean. Bathroom was separate from the room. Not ideal for trips to the bathroom during the night. Bar noise from downstairs. Sofa bed was not big enough for 2 children. Very creamy bed. »

« A fabulously clean hotel with super home cooked food from dinner to breakfast. Lovely location in the heart of Conwy. The hotel staff were just wonderful all offering a ‘can do’ attitude who couldn’t do enough. Special mention to Lee, Alan and Tricia! »

« Absolutely beautiful. I have never stayed in a static caravan before but this was the best experience for a first timer. The facilities were spot on and the hot tub was an added bonus and throughly enjoyed by the children. The only downside was that the toilet seat was very loose and shifted when sitting on it. It was a minor problem and didn’t really affect our stay. »

« Well equipped nice holiday apartment. The apartment was very comfortable for two persons. Its located just next to the sea in a very quite area. Promenade was within 100 meters. Lot of free parking spaces near by also reserve parking spaces for residents. The apartments are well sound insulated. The owner was very helpful, everything worked out perfectly according to her instructions. No inconvenience at all. Supermarkets like ASDA(Walmart), Aldi and others are within 5 miles distance. Local...

« Arrived later than expected. Could have done with map to know where our log cabin was, but after driving round for while, saw some people who had map and found it then. Really pleased with property and will come again »
