« This is a good hotel I've stayed at before. The location is great, the rooms are nice, and I ordinarily would give it all 5s. But there are some things hotel management needs to address. First, the lobby should be clean. But it is not being cleaned regularly if at all. The floor in the lobby seating area is not swept - there are crumbs and scraps of paper all over the floor. « The breakfast provided was poor, with very limited options. There was cold cereal- no milk for two days. Waffles- no butter, and an empty syrup container. Most days I didn’t eat there. »

« The facility was wonderful however the front desk staff was not. We were first told we did not have a room and then had to find someone to help her. Not professional at all! The pool was out of towels I asked the same front desk person for a towel she begrudgingly got one for me but added "we have a towel shortage". Front desk staff in need of customer service training both in behavior and appearance! »

« The room was adequate, dated and clean but not a deep clean due to the age. The breakfast nook was the worst I have ever walked into. It was dirty and the appliances were dirty. I got a sealed yougart and left. From what I could tell the quality of the food was very low. »
