La réceptionniste était nul, même pas voulu passer un coup de téléphone au USA pour retrouver mes bagages, apparemment pas son travail, super Et la piscine fermé en plein été pour maintenance , cela est vraiment déplorable.

Ressemble à un hôtel de luxe des années 70. Très agréable, bar restaurant sur place, terrasse, salle de fitness ..

The place was weird, there was an old telephone on the wall behind the toilet in the bathroom. There was an intercom speaker on the wall by the bed. The windows were huge and on the ground level they faced the back of a gas station with homeless people. They front desk never answered their phone I called multiple times. I never saw any employees only one person at the front desk the place was big and spread out. The second floor was accessible only through stairs there was no elevator! There was a spooky vibe to that hotel. I will not stay there again

The motel was very quiet, clean and walking distance to airport. My only complaint is they are understaffed. I would definitely stay here again. .

There was a dirty washcloth left behind the chair next to the window and a large cockroach in the bathtub. Staff provided an apology when notified.

Front desk was not available when I arrived. After5-10 minutes, front desk person arrived. Checked us in quickly and sent me to a room for which the key didn't work. Returned to front desk and was moved to another non-smoking room that stunk of cigarette smoke. Redirected to 3rd room which was ok. No one from front desk ever came with me to room. I was also not told where entrances were to building

Hotel is outdated. There was a coffee maker but no pod holder therefore was not even able to make coffee.

This property is conveniently close to the airport and they offer a free shuttle to the airport at anytime. Check in was a pleasant experience. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable for the one night we spent here.

1.This room has all-time big machine noise from the ceiling (fan?) 2.worst, this room has 1/3 area floor unstable … it shaking when you walk on it so that people next door walking and shaking sound …. All the time from 9:30 pm to 1:50am 3. All the power outlet can not hold the plug securely , … it’s time for them to replace all .

Property was once a”Queen Amongst All Properties “ in Fresno, but nowadays is rapidly fading into the sunset. Inside, it’s quite nice, clean and well appointed. Outside, it shows it’s age and proximity to a rather busy airport. Facade structures are rotten, showing splitting Timbers, dry rot and large areas of chipped and missing paint. I expect it’s money that prevents this restoration from taking place. It’s too bad as it makes the property look like a “dive” when it’s a rather pleasant place to stay. Interior rooms are large, clean, and well laid out (although some of the furnishings show moderate wear-and-tear). Touch-up by a good refurnisher could bring back some of that “twinkle” it once had. Until then, it’s my secret little bargain place. Restaurants are nice and serve good food which is handy since there are no sit-down dining facilities in the general area.

Some of the outdoor entries would not open with key. Plus the key in my first room would not work. I did a lot of walking with luggage before I actually got into a room.

This hotel is not in a safe area and the facility is in disrepair. Someone stole gas by drilling into the gas tank of a friend staying down the hallway from me.
