The hotel is in a great spot if you're looking for access to the city center. Everything is in walking distance. The hotel is clean and the staff is attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, our room had an issue with the shower (water running from the shower floor into the bath- and main room). Why that had gone unnoticed and therefore escaped from being fixed, we don't know. We trust this will be fixed after we reported the issue to the front desk.

Ein sehr sauberes, sicheres und äuserst sehr gut gelegenes hotel. Das einzigste was ich bemängeln muss, ist leider die Dusche. Die Handbrause als auch die duschbrause hatten leider sehr wenig wasserlauf. Ansonsten ist das hotel definitiv weiter zu empfehlen. Trotz des mangels, von mir und meiner Frau die Bestnote 1.!!

Even though this is one the most expensive 5 star hotels in Frankfurt, the hotel is trying to save cost by using cheap items to save a few pennies. The Nespresso capsules are cheap imitations which taste terrible, the toilet paper is cheap and rough the capuccino i ordered was cold. There is nothing special about this hotel. There are 5 star hotels for half the cost in Frankfurt. This hotel should use top quality items in the room.

Always exceptional service. Stayed 4 days. Everything from check in to check out was fantastic. Rooms are very clean and modern. Hotel is quiet. Food was excellent. Great lobby to work from. Close and walkable to everything with great restaurants just outside the door. One of the best choices in Frankfurt. My 5th stay at this hotel. Will be back.
