Une nuit lors d'un road trip. Chambre tout confort, petit déjeuner copieux et à volonté. Seul petit problème (indépendant de l'hôtel...) la TV en marche une grande partie de la nuit dans la chambre contigüe, avec le son assez fort. Sinon, parfait.

Under rehabilitation. Chair in room broken. Latch on door unscrewed. No shampoo. When pointed out to clerk, only shampoo deficiency corrected. Dining area is restoration in process. We should not pay for first class accommodation when facilities are incomplete or messy

The hallway was dirty until someone threatened to call the fire marshal. The pool was freezing, the hot tub was like warm at best. My family members room was filthy and another room had no way to change the temperature.

They were renovating the lobby upon check-in. The next morning it was cleaned up for breakfast. The new furniture looked very nice. The lobby / breakfast area is very beautiful. The pool was ICE COLD. You know it's too cold when the kids wouldn't even go in and stayed in the hot tub. The "hot" tub was luke-warm. The temp of the hot tub should have been the temp of the pool. The hot tub should have been much warmer. Very disappointed in the pool/spa. Breakfast was superb. The waffles were great! Overall, this is a nice place to stay. I would stay here again, but I would hope they'd get their pool/hot tub temps correct.

Smell and not breakfast (closes early)
Elevator smelled terrible. Room had stink bugs in it. They said breakfast was until 10AM, however they hot food was gone shortly after 9:30 AM and was not replenished. This included waffles, eggs, sausage, and bacon. Had to leave to get breakfast. When asked, the hotel staff informed us they were told not to put out any more food. 3 kids and 2 adults and no breakfast

The staff is great, hotel not so much. First room we opened the door and mattresses were flipped over and bedding was in the tub, I guess they got new mattresses and that room wasn't finished.Our next room had hair everywhere I mean on every surface, towels were shoved in the holders, beds where kinda made, no toilet paper holder, just not well taken care of at all.

Good but not great!
This hotel was in a convenient location to my work. It could use some updates. My curtains wouldn’t close and I only had 1 trash can in my room. I didn’t receive any housekeeping while I stayed for 3 nights so I had to get my own towels from the front and empty my own trash but that’s minor stuff. I enjoyed the hot tub to myself every night and it was quiet. I would stay again!

Manager was standing at side of desk while we were checking in and witnessed our displeasure over the$25 early check in fee. He said nothing (Brian Brandon). It's Been my experience that a Hampton Manager would always greet their guests. "welcome" "how was your drive". Not a peep just continued looking at his phone.

Not a pleasant stay
The staff was very friendly, location is good but it was very hard to rest and relax. The a/c unit made so much noise we had to turn it off to be able to sleep and there was a great deal of outside noise (people talking, laughing late into the night), car noise, noise from other rooms. We've stayed several other times but this time it wasn't so pleasant. The hotel could use some tlc and some sound proofing.

We were placed at on a floor in the midst of a 10 year-old girls’ soccer team. The girls were running up and down the halls screaming until late. In the morning the moms of the girls were in the hallway before 7am yelling back and forth at each other and at the girls. Hard to get decent sleep with that combination. Would have liked to be in an area of the hotel away from the disrespectful families who were part of that team. Whoever they were, they were near our room (210) and someone should tell them to be more respectful of other people.

We have not stayed at this hotel since before the pandemic. It definitely needs a renovation. However, the staff here was amazing! Friendly, personable, likable people. Knowledgeable about the area. They made up for the facility feeling run down.
