Room was too warm, heating/cooling unit did not function properly, unit was very loud. Wanted to have fan run constant, that function did not work. Room was VERY small.

Only thing good about it was the endless amount of bacon other than that pool out of order hot tub out of order hot water not so hot if the hotel is busy pillows sucked and TV was from 1999

I was there for 4 nights, not once did they clean my room, get me some towels, or coffee in my room. I only gave it poor because I bumped a star for the hot breakfast. Will never stay there again!

Two negative things with the room were: A curtain was not hooked up so the light from outside was not blocked out at night; and the lamp beside the bed didn't light up properly.

Great place to stay
Our stay was great! The room was clean and comfortable. We had a minor issue with the first room we were assigned to, and the man at the front desk was immediately helpful, and apologetic. He reassigned us to a different room, and all was excellent. Breakfast was good, too.

The rooms were smaller than what im used to, but they were clean and manageable. The pool however was dirty at the bottom and after asking staff twice if they would clean it, i was told the pool vacuum was broken, and awaiting a replacement. The hot tub however was nice and relaxing. The staff was super friendly and attentive.

MAID WAS EXTREMELY RUDE.
The front desk staff was kind and welcoming. The problem was with the heater not working, then in the morning the maid purposefully kept returning to try to get us to leave!!!! I reported this to the front desk and apparently this has been a continued problem with the maid- she tried to come in at 8, 9 & 9:40. Checkout is 11, however our entire team was staying at the hotel and got a pre-approved noon checkout as we didn't play until 2pm that day. We left just because we were feeling forced out. WILL NOT RETURN.

Small room! Bathroom is very tiny, hardly could find a room to move around. The furnace is loud when it's running. The sink in our room was clogged up. We stayed only one night so we didn't to complain.

Staff was super friendly and professional. We were thankful to have a pool and hot tub (hot tub not very hot) but seems like needs to be updated and looked like it could use a good scrubbing. This hotel is good and met our needs so over all this was a great place to stay!

The staff, specifically the breakfast crew were amazing. The rooms were either dirty, or not well maintained. We had to switch three times and we stayed in the last one because it was the cleanest of the three but the main light in the bathroom was out and the shower bottle in the tub was dislodged and just set on the rack the door flap (that “locks”) the door was crooked and didn’t stop the door from being opened at all. The door frame going into the room was damaged and crooked. Overall would NOT recommend staying there. Especially for the rate we paid.

It was a welcome place to relax and get rested up for the next day. Really enjoyed the hot tub to soak our aching bodies in; glad you had one that was working!

Friendly staff, updated decor, water and apples for snacking, bathtub. Enough towels, toiletries Glued dispenser for conditioner had fallen from shower wall. Good lighting.

The furniture needs updating, staff needs some better customer service skills. Cleaning lady was trying to get me out of the room at 945 when check out is 11 am. Heater/air very loud, thin walls. Several lights in my room did not work. Only stayed 1 night otherwise i would've had them fixed. Breakfast ok.

Didn’t change the sheets. Room was right by the elevator, AC unit would fire every 30 minutes, could easily hear thru the walls, pipes were very loud when water was turned on in any room close. The only good thing was the cleanliness and quality of the breakfast. Otherwise I was unable to cancel any of my stay and choose to stay with my family and lose the money of the last night instead of stay again. I slept better there.
