Chambre très propre, salle de bain aussi ! Tout le nécessaire était là. Personnel très agréable. Bon service! Belle piscine, belle terrasse. Un peu bruyant, nous étions situés à côté de l’ascenseur et de la machine à glace.

1 nuit lors d’ un Road trip! Déçu par Crowne Plaza! Le hall est peut attirant, la chambre sans plus! Pour avoir été dans des hôtels de cette chaîne ( Paris , pekin.....) plus que déçue!

The renovation to this property was nice but it’s still not as nice as other DoubleTree hotels I’ve stayed in. I definitely don’t feel like it was worth what I paid. The bathroom door slides but does not close all the way, the shower is awkward to enter and to turn the water on you basically get blasted by cold water. The mattress and pillows were not very comfortable either. Overall it was a decent stay but definitely will not be recommending to others or staying again myself.

The only thing we would not give 5 stars is that the room does not have a streaming service, there is cable tv only, but we through big hotels like Hilton/ Double tree would have a streaming service like Netflix in the room.

Toilet was shut off prior to arrival. Found when turned on it kept running. Shut it off after each use. Had to completely enter the shower to turn the water on for the shower head. Sliding door close to valve wouldn’t open, didn’t want to force it so you had a nice shot of cold water turning on the shower. Staff was friendly restaurant was good

First time patron..very impressed w/clean and quiet environment. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. I had a short and relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Fire alarm went off twice in the same night. Once around 11pm and the second time at 230am. Hot water was only luke warm. I past the same juice box laying the hallway. The bad part is i saw numerous house cleaners and nobody bothered to pick it up.

I picked this hotel because it was near shopping and had a pool. But, upon entering, there was construction going on and it was noisy. This was not listed on the hotel or booking website. The hotel is rundown and dirty. Floors and walls, all looked old and filthy. The worst part was the room. Bugs were crawling all over the wooden furniture. The staff did change our room immediately and offered us a free cookie. No discount offered or given when asked! The pool was dirty too. Will never stay here again. Paris Hilton would be embarrassed to call this a Hilton hotel!

Hello Nicole, We are sorry that you did not have an enjoyable stay. Our Hilton website clearly states that we are undergoing renovations and unfortunately some third party booking sources do not include that information. Fortunately, most of our guests find our property enjoyable as evidenced by several recent reviews and we know that once our renovations are completed we will have even more to offer.

I really liked this hotel and would for sure stay there again, The location is fabulous. Restaurants, shops and a movie theater all right there.. The food in the restaurant was good and very reasonably priced. The parking is free and always enough space to park.

No front desk staff available to provide a receipt when we checked out. Photos of interior were misleading and did not show how rough the rooms were around the edges.

This hotel is extremely old with dirty carpet. The feel is definitely sketchy with groups of men walking around, some opening the doors in their underwear - I am glad my husband was with me. I did not feel safe here. Housekeeping banging on your door at 8:30am to see if you need towels. It was all too strange for me.

The hotel was under renovation, but the room was nice but it did not smell fresh. Room service was on point by having the bed made by time I got back every day. *The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the different dinning options that you can walk to..

Parking was terrible, especially if there was an event being held at the hotel, nowhere for people staying there to park during events! Staff not very informative on Diamond amenities, dining etc…. Missing soap in bathroom in room, had to ask 2x for it to be brought to room.

There was renovation being done and a change of management. Front desk service was ok shuttle to and from was good but the room had a smell and the cleaning staff was mediocre nice location to shopping and eating

From the shuttle driver, front desk, and housekeeping, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well kept, would definitely stay here again.

The property is undergoing a major renovation and it's remarkable how well they've done during the process. Rooms are spacious and clean, albeit some items are dated...but all functional. Check-in/check-out easy and efficient and Shoeless Joes Restaurant is a major plus. Common bathrooms on the first floor need significant work and need to be better maintained. I'm certain that when the work is done, my rating will be a straight 5! I have been coming to this hotel for almost 6 years on a regular basis and will continue to do so on all future trips to the area.

The property is getting back in shape after Hurricane Ian, but it did not stop them from excellent service and the room was up to DoubleTree standards that I have experienced in the past.

The staff were outstanding. They called in a driver three hours before their standard shuttle time of 8:00 to accommodate my need to be at the airport by 5;30. The driver said they were not an airport shuttle facility. The facility was under construction with no effort to alleviate customer confusion about how to get to my room. The staff working on the construction did not understand English. The pool was very cold. Glasses were small very cheap plastic. However I really enjoyed my stay, cold pool and all.

Very nice property even though it was undergoing some construction. I was suprised at a 50 dollar incidental charge i was not expecting but that is refunded at checkout. Rooms were very nice, clean with most essentials provided. Walkable to many stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately the 4 stars are due to the hotel renovations. I was nor aware i was going to stay at a hotel that was having renovations

No WiFi for both days that I stayed .Desk said there was an outage ? First room had a very strong Toxic smell so had to change. Construction mess in lobby Crappy coffee … Sadly, Not what I expect from a Hilton .

Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the internet issues you experienced. This was due to an area/neighborhood outage from a cut communications line. We look forward to providing our guests with a much better experience when our renovations are complete in a few more weeks.
