Séjour très agréable. Suzanne a l'accueil est très drôle et nous a bien accueillie. La piscine était trop chaude donc presque impossible de rester dedans. La chambre est confortable et le service de lingerie est très apprécié ! Bien situé dans Fort Myers. Malheureusement pas de petits-déjeuners sur place !

Le tarif de la chambre est correct par rapport aux tarifs pratiqués à Fort Myers beach mais reste tout de même élevé. Pas de petit déjeuner gratuit. Il y avait dans la chambre une cafetière mais pas de café à disposition. Une cafetière, avec du café déjà prêt dans le hall de l’hôtel et c'est tout. Les produits de toilettes étaient incomplets. La chambre est correcte, assez grande, bonne literie. L’hôtel est très bien placé, à coté du quartier animé, tout en restant au calme

This is such a gem. We stayed here on a whim and will most definitely be back. We had the cutest room with a balcony that walked right off to the canal and restaurant right next door. Anything we asked for, they accommodated and they went above and beyond for us even when they didn’t have to. 100/10 recommend. These are amazing people.

Loved that they called to let us know the room was ready. We stayed in a queen suite. No door between the two rooms so more like a studio. Plenty of room for the two of us but might be small if you plan on using the sleeper sofa. No place to sit luggage except on floor. Kitchen was stocked and clean. All furniture was nice. Couch, table, chairs, dresser, outdoor table and chairs. Bed was very firm. Pool and hot tub were nice. Towels available at lobby. No maid service. View and location were fantastic. Petes’ bar was convenient. Laundry and ice available. Penny was very knowledgeable about the area. We will definitely stay here again.

Hidden charge of $25 per night service charge, no pool towels, pretty spendy (over $300) for a place you can hear others in the next room,,,,,like throwing up! A positive, you can walk to Fort Myers Beach. My bad for not doing better research. We would not stay here again.

This property was attractive and convenient to a lot of restaurants. The pool was warm and had some sun and shade. I love being on a canal and watching the boats. All and all, Matanzas was wonderful!

Matanzas liegt sehr zentral und doch ruhig- zum Strand sind es nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir fanden es auch toll, dass man umsonst parken konnte, denn in dieser Lage zahlt man sonst etwa 15 Dollar. Unser 'Ferienhaus ' (war 1 großes Zimmer) hatte eine Küche mit guter Ausstattung.

The pillows and bedding were nice. The room very was clean. I am picky about details. The door handles and light switches were clean. This small detail is often overlooked. Thank you to the staff for preparing the room as if your family was staying there.

Lovely, small local place on the Bay. Owners have worked hard to restore and redo after the hurricane and it shows. Rooms are simple, but immaculate, all redone. Grounds and pool are very nice, with a great bar and restaurant adjacent to the property. We were delighted to support a local business and would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed being able to sit at water’s edge and enjoy view and bird sounds. Staff kindness was great! Downside was loud traffic/garbage truck noise, older construction was cleaned up but still old appearing, poor tv service/clarity, poor coffee option, unable to vent bathroom well.
