Super appart hôtel. Chambre sympa et colorée et personnel super sympa. Parking couvert sans supplément. Proche magasins, restaurants et plage, bref tout peut être fait à pied sur place.

au coeur animé de Fort Myers Beach
très joli appartement, bien équipé pour une famille, et proche de tout, inutile d'avoir peur du pont, on ne l'entend pas. Le seul bémol, la piscine un peu petite, l'après midi l'eau y est presque chaude ! mais on l'apprécie tout de même...

hotel trés propre avec de jolies chambres, bine équipées. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont trés agréables, ainsi que le coin barbecue. Lorie, à l'accueil est une personne charmante et trés disponible.

Property is still being repaired from Hurricane IAN, but rooms were clean and spacious. There are many places to eat and relax within walking distance from the Hotel and parking below the Hotel is a great plus. The staff was great and made sure we had everything we needed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us the review and for staying with us.For clarification, the only area under construction is the ground level where the commercial suites were. All of our guest areas on the second and third level are fully operational with all amenities we had prior to the storm except the lobby area.

We stayed for 2 weeks. Great location. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was smaller than what we expected, but we weren't in our room very much. Our only gripe is that there is no towel service. And we were told that they could wash our towels through a laundry service for $25 or we can wash them ourselves in the pay laundry room on 2nd floor. We also needed to buy more dishwasher soap and toilet paper.

The reason we charge for extra towels is because there is no washer and dryer onsite for our cleaners to use. We have our linens sent out to a professional linen company on a weekly basis. We also set expectations accordingly. We send out emails prior to arrival that informs guests of exactly what to expect and what they will have in the suite. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. We loved our room and the view. LeeAnn was super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms near the pool were always clean and everyone was so nice. Great location with lots of places to walk to including, of course, the beach.

Harbour House will only supply 2 rolls of toilet paper per room and 1 set of towels per person for your entire stay. My husband and I were there 8 days and they would not suply extra towels unless we paid $10.00 per set of towels. I feel toilet paper and towels should be included in the price that we paid because it's not cheap and who wants to either do laundry while on vacation or pack your own towels and bring them home wet. We also had to empty all trash cans and bring them down to the dumpster in the parking garage. This was our 5th stay at Harbour House and we couldn't believe the changes. I understand that they went through hurricane Ian last year, but that's no excuse for the new towel and toilet paper rules!

This hotel was in such a beautiful location! Even with the hurricane last year there were plenty of places to eat and shop and if you can’t find anything you like right in Fort Myers Beach, the city of Fort Myers is an easy drive. The suite was clean and quiet. The pool was relaxing with music playing in the background. The only downfall was the construction but with the hurricane that was totally understandable. We would definitely stay again!

This is our second stay at Harbour House. It is a great location and the rooms are spacious and clean. The only current issue is that Fort Myers Beach is in recovery mode from the hurricane, so not everything is open and some buildings in the area are not repaired yet.

We had the best time staying at Lean’s paradise rentals. It was truly amazing to have somewhere so nice, accommodating and 5 minutes from the beach (walking) after hurricane Ian. This town is doing its best and it was a blast to help get this economy going again. The rental was beyond accommodating (cups, travel cups, beach towels, etc.) and location next to wahoo Willie’s, marina view, the tiki bar, etc. The really just can’t imagine staying anywhere else! Booted
The stay was good. We had no idea how bad the area had been damaged by hurricane Ian. Most of the buildings are gone or gutted. The town is a long way from getting back on its feet and it was an honor to be there spending money and helping the community recover. Most businesses had limited operations and hours due to the damage still in the area. This was also an issue at the hotel, there are no lobby operations or on site management that we saw. My daughter was coming to visit us and we were unable to get anyone to respond about an additional parking pass needed for our daughter’s car. We tried the office number and left messages but never did get a response. My daughter came and parked in the hotel parking, we left a note on the car explaining the situation and we went across the street to eat. She had to run back to the hotel and through the parking garage. There she saw that her car had been booted within an hour of being parked there. Like I said, there are limited operations on Ft Myers Beach and while I get the hotel parking being an issue, we tried to reach out to avoid the expense ($75) of the boot. Management has yet to respond to me. FYI it was $800 for two nights including a mandatory cleaning fee. There are maybe 3 places to eat and drink. Red tide has basically closed the beaches as well. The hotel was clean and a basic Florida beach hotel.

Hi York,Thank you for your review. We try to let everyone know that FMB was devastated by Hurricane Ian. We posted photos of debris and destruction. At the Harbour House we were extremely blessed to be in the great shape that we are in. We are so lucky to have only lost our lower level. We are proud to have all amenities such as pool, spa, elevator, grills, wifi, cable, community room, and tv area operational. We have always been strict with our parking policy. There is only one space per suite. We do not have guest parking available for anyone.We received no phone calls from you and no messages. My cell phone number is on all communication. We are onsite, just not on the lower level. We are in the community room on the second floor. There was someone here each day of your stay. Additionally, there were no emails or messages sent asking for additional parking. We advertise as ONE SPACE PER RESERVATION. We also advertise as non pet friendly. Rules should be obeyed.We are glad that you enjoyed your room. Sorry that you did not have a great time on FMB. There are numerous businesses open as of now: Wahoo Willies, Yucatan, Fresh Catch Bistro, Junkanoo, Mom's, Pink Shell, Diamond Head, the Lighthouse, Snug Harbour, H2O shop, Beach Bar, Yo Taco, and more opening daily!

Unfortunately the first floor was destroyed by the hurricane . We had no idea that the property was open. The email sent to us by Expedia had the old number that was not in service (No Expedia fault). We had to call Expedia and fortunately they contacted the Inn and told us that it was open. A simple sign posted on the door on the first floor would have solved all the problems. We told the people checking us in and they said that they would post a sign but 2 days later there was no sign saying that they are open. The managing company has to be informed. It caused us a lot distressed when we first arrived. The bartender across the street told us that it is an ongoing problems as guest ask them information and they cannot help. There is yellow tape under the entrance

We did lose our entire ground level as did so many others on the island. We are rebuilding the fastest we can. Signs were ordered when you were here.
