arrive dans une chambre avec un lit pliable terrasse impraticable du à une porte condamnée, puis arrive le soir un bruit terrible venant de la machinerie ventilation etc un vrai cauchemar j’ai reserve au dernier moment mais une différence entre le prix paye et la qualité de la chambre est inacceptable nous avons du faire des pieds et des mains pour avoir une autre chambre.

This property was very clean and safe feeling! The vanilla latte is amazing in the little store on site! I really didn't like that the pool closed at 7pm! Our stay was just fine though! The bed is really comfortable best hotel bed I've stayed in for a very long time! All valet parking personal were amazing! I would recommend this hotel its right on the beach and beautiful. I love the soap as well for the bathroom and shower!

We had a great time at Grand Pelican Resort. I love the beach front location, the big balcony, the view is spectacular, the food and service are excellent. I didn’t give 4 stars because the cleaning was mediocre and the building overall is due for an upgrade. Also the valet parking is overpriced and there is no self park parking available.

Best stay, really liked how friendly and exceptional service was from all the staff, it's nice to see such a well run hospitality venue, thinking of every detail to relaxing music in areas, and enjoyed built in gratuity as it seems to help everyone as staff very pleasant and happy and we did not have to worry about finding our credit card upon making a transaction which made for very enjoyable Vaca. We are planning on returning and had a wonderful time!

Beautiful location, resort off from the busier Ft. Lauderdale traffic. Walkable to state park where you can catch the water taxi into Ft. Lauderdale. Restaurant onsite tasty but a bit pricey. Hard to beat the view. Work out room has the basics. Pool and lazy river very cramped, hard to justify resort fees honestly. Staff very friendly. Generally clean and our room was lovely. Would consider staying again if could find a better rate.

The hotel is beautiful. The location is amazing. However, the staff is not friendly and the service is terrible. The food at the restaurant is terrible and the service at the hotel and restaurant is VERY slow and not polite. I don't know if this is a Florida thing or just this hotel.
