Il y a des rénovations dans l’immeuble voisin, donc bruit de marteau piqueur incessant tous les jours de la semaine entre 9h et 17h. Il faut payer les chaises, coussins et parasol à la plage. Ça a représenté plus de 500$ de frais imprévus pour une famille de 3. Restaurant décevant, déjeuners convenables, mais peu de choix pour dîner et souper, peu de personnel sur place et aucune ambiance.

Les chambres ne sont pas comme sur les photos. Salle de bain, très salle et sol très glissant. La chambre était très humide et la moquette n’était pas propre. De plus, j’ai dû payer un deposit de 50 dollars qui ne m’ont toujours pas remboursé!

Très vieux et mal entretenu! Très décevant! Les photos ne représentent pas du tout l'état des lieux! Chambre sale et très détériorée! Odeur de produit chimique pour éliminer les bestioles! Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hébergement! Nous avons quitté après une seule nuit, car il était trop tard pour trouver un autre endroit! En plus, le prix est celui des grands hôtels tel que le Marriott.....mais pas du tout comparable!

L'emplacement et le site en général , propreté au lobby de l'hotel et le site de la piscine. Sauf, pour la chambre, il faudra remplacer le tapis qui est désuet mais pour le reste c'est ok. Le personnel est courtois est le valet parking également. Facile d'àcces pour les rejoindre les activités de la région. Restauration facile autour , si on aime marcher on peut trouver de tout aux environs.

Hôtel désuet
Hôtel qui devait avoir un charme lors de son ouverture mais qui a besoin de rénovation. Peu de choses sont inclus et les prix pour la location de chaises de plage ou d’un parasol sont exorbitants et déraisonnables tout comme celui des boissons et de la nourriture. Le service est correct sans plus si vous n’osez pas demander pour des serviettes de plage sèches en mi-journée. L’endroit est propre quoique le ménage ne se fait que dans les endroits visibles donc gare aux surprises sous le lit.

Close to the sea. Unprofessional staff, they did not want to serve the client. Unwelcoming, they made you feel like you were bothering them. I asked to switch room. First, they said they would look into it and call me back. I was never called back. They refused providing me with 15 extra minutes to check out. Just ready to accommodate. I will not stay there again and pay more instead for better service.

This was the first time at this hotel and inwas very impressed. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The amenities were very nice and well kept. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel looks beautiful on the outside and only 20mins walking distance to ft lauderdale by the sea dining and beach area. Inside i was not so impressed. Rooms need updating and the amenities were old. They had construction waking us up in the morning with hammering and drilling, which was unpleasant.

Overall our stay was good, wanted a low budget getaway for a few days and this place was on par with what we were expecting. A few things to note, there is lots of construction going on at surrounding hotels which was a bummer. Very loud jack hammering going on from 8am-5pm ish everyday. The room was decent however, there was a very sewery smell that came from the bathroom- we did alert the staff so hopefully just a one off situation. Overall, this hotel was nice and budget friendly for our getaway.

Service Front Desk could be nicer and more helpful. Seemed like we were a nuisance to them when we asked any questions. Also, they initially gave me a dirty and occupied room. You can guess my reaction when my wife and I opened the room door with the key card supplied by the front desk, just see an unmade bed with someone else's luggage and stuff all over the bed. Reaction from the front desk, it's the only one available. We waited 2 hours more to get a clean and unoccupied room to stay in. Your need to work on this kind of stuff!

The first day we got there where there was heavy construction renovation ongoing around the seventh floor. The hotel did get quiet at 4:30 and beyond on a Friday. In no way was I ever told before making reservation there was renovation and construction ongoing.

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr. Marek. He went above and beyond helping us with anything we needed. Beach access. - great, pool could be bigger and the restaurant is a ghost town. Drinks are not that good and overpriced, and everyone complains about the food. They should hire the chefs from the next door tiki bar and restaurant. We went for food there. Other than this everything else was great. The rooms were outdated for sure, bathroom was nice and looked recently renovated, all in granite. The bathroom was nicer than the room. Thw room had some view of the ocean, balconies decent size. One thing we noticed is the cleaning staff not quite getting the job done.

Trying not to be too critical, but this room is falling apart. Door handles falling off so you can’t close them, telephone pulled out of wall, green water. Then there was the added benefit of construction going on in the room above us for 2 days straight. We had stuff falling from the ceiling and couldn’t talk because of the jack hammers going all day. All day! I could have used ear protection it was so loud. This is a joke, they wouldn’t move our room and couldn’t care less. Staff was annoyed with everyone including the valet. Not sure what’s going on here but this is not an inviting place. Would never come back.

Besides the construction in the hotel , the stay was excellent. Walking up to drilling and jackhammering every morning wasn’t the most pleasant but the upgrades are beautiful. A book inside the room of places around and info on the circuit transportation would have been helpful . Will definitely stay again . Couldn’t beat the pool views and being right on the beach . Staff was friendly and attentive
