That being said, please accept our sincere apologies for the cleanliness issues you encountered in your room and on the balcony. We have discussed your comments with our housekeeping department to make sure that this does not happen again. We are also sorry for issues with our elevators being slow at times during your stay. Our engineering team is checking that the elevators are functioning properly, however, during our busiest times when many guests and families are visiting our resort the elevators can become overburdened.
