Nous avions une réservation pour une chambre, une nuit. Nous étions 4 personnes dont deux de plus de 75 ans. Ce fut une aventure désastreuse. Communiquer avec le chauffeur de la navette fut compliqué. Nous avons attendu au moins 45 min. Le chauffeur nous à peine salué et encore moins aidé. Il était près de 23 heures et nous avons eu une chambre avec 1 seul lit. Nous avions bel et bien réservé pour 2 lits. Plus rien de dispo. Les gens après nous avaient aussi réservé des chambres avec 2 lits, mais n’avait même plus de chambre. Personnel de l’hôtel amorphe, bête et sans solutions, explications ou excuses. Nous avons dû dormir les 4 dans le même lit faute d’autre choix. À cet heure il n’y avait personne en situation d’autorité pour aider. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. Tous les gens croisés ce soir là se plaignaient de quelque chose.

very nice staff but very aged and dirty. First room they gave us had a cigarette smell so they moved us to a "newer room" which was just as old, poorly maintained, ugly and dirty. this was still the only affordable option we could find in FLL so I guess we got what we paid for. careful, the cruiseport shuttle service is not free, that's not very clear on the expedia site

Un personnel très acceuillant , la piscine, le prix,le parking. Le petit dejeuner est correct sans plus . Par contre le bruit infernale de la route , les voitures, l'hôtel est sur une sortie d'autoroute et un axe principale donc un trafic incessant jour et nuit .Si possible , demandez une chambre qui donne sur l'arrière-cour.

This place was a great disappointment. The attempt at updates was poorly executed. The room was far from clean and had a strange odor. Had it not been later evening and what seemed remote I would have moved to another hotel!!! Reception was cool and unhelpful. When we drove up in the taxi it was unclear as to where we even had to checkin as the office was off to the side in another tiny building. I will never stay here again.

Lots of broken down cars in the parking lot. People living at the hotel. They ran out of coffee for the rooms. And lobby was not open in the morning for us to get some before our early morning flight

On the positive, the staff was friendly and professional and the hotel was located near the airport with free shuttle transportation. However, the hotel is in need of updating both inside and out. After taking a shower, a large bubble of water appeared in the ceiling, pulsating above the toilet and dripping on your head when sitting. While the room appeared clean at first, it needed additional cleaning behind and beneath the furniture. If I were to return to Fort Lauderdale, I would choose a different hotel in a different part of town.
