« We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the location. Everything was easily walkable. The room itself while cozy was comfortable and exceptionally clean. The parking situation was a little less than ideal with the "designated lot" being public parking located 2 blocks away. However, there was plenty of street parking as long as one paid attention to the date/time. The coffee station outside the room was rather unusual but was fine. A microwave would have been a nice addition even if it was shared...

« We really enjoyed staying here. We had all we needed and the location was close for walking to Old Town, the library, restaurants. CSU is close by as well. I brought my own bike along and the area is ideal for biking wherever I chose to go. We’d stay here again without question. »

« I stayed here because it was just a few blocks away from the Colorado State University campus. This basement apartment has everything I needed and was very comfortable. Most importantly, it was absolutely spotless. The bathroom is small and you do periodically hear the upstairs dwellers but the owner is upfront about both. It was very quiet though. We will be going back for sure. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was spotless, well appointed and had a great shower with tons of hot water. The kitchen was set up with everything that you could want. The neighborhood was quiet and had everything within walking distance and there was even a designated parking spot. « This little loft is a hidden gem. Truly, the owners have done an admirable job converting a loft into private and amazingly chic accommodation. It is conveniently located to Old Town, the parking is easy and hidden within a private alley between homes. Besoin d'un rafraîchissement mais je recommande
"Nous avions une chambre standard avec 2 grands lits A notre arrivée la chambre était propre mais une odeur de « vieillot » et renfermé était présente. Les fenêtres ouvertes ont permis de désodoriser la chambre mais je pense que l odeur vient de la moquette au sol. L endroit est calme bien que près d une grande route et la literie était très confortable et nous avons bien récupéré de nos longues journées de balades et découvertes. La salle de bain est grande et fonctionnelle avec une baignoire douche cependant la pomme de douche mériterai d être changée. Le petit déjeuner est correct (café, baggel, muffin, brioche tranchée, gaufres, oeufs, jus de pomme, yaourt etc) mais il manque (surtout pour les enfants) pancakes et pâte à tartiner au chocolat. Le personnel était sympathique et serviable. L hôtel est bien situé car près des stations essence et des restaurants. "
