« Stay was absolutely fantastic. We got in late after driving down from Montana. Place was unlocked and bigger than we expected. Nobody within miles except the horses. Never saw another soul which is what we came for! Will be back in the future! Thank you North 40!! »

« Our group stayed here for a field trip to the Buffalo Bill Museum. We had 5 families, including grandparents, me the teacher, along with 4 rambunctious boys. Some of the students were finishing up a soccer tournament in Cody from Miles City, MT. Everyone had room to relax in the well-stocked house. We loved the views, the pond, and creek. The boys were so impressed with the toys and activities at the house that during our tour of the museum, all they wanted to do was go back and play! »

« The pictures don't do this property justice! We loved everything about this property. It was the perfect layout with bedrooms on the main floor for the elders, remote basement area for the family with a baby, and guest house for the independent families.
