« This is a perfect home for couples! Very open layout for living/dining and a spacious bedroom. Decor is tasteful and location is a 5 minute drive to the historic district. The host, Melody, is AMAZING! She has thought of everything. If you forgot something at home, check around the cottage first; it's probably there! The baked cookies were a welcoming touch. It was easy to communicate with her through the app; she was actually the one who reached out first to make sure we were enjoying ourselves...

« The property was just as it was decribed on the website. It was in a nice location and easy to get around town by foot. We spent two nights there and had plenty of space for the four of us. We enjoyed the back deck overlooking the view of the lake. »

« We loved our weeklong stay at this home. The location could not have been better. It was very comfortable and we felt like we lived there. We loved sitting in the screened in porch to watch the birds and boats going by. We were able to walk to restaurants and activities in Old St. Augustine. The trolley station is right on the corner 2 blocks down. If you are coming to this area you really need to stay here. You will be pleased. »

« For the past 21 years I gather a group of girlfriends for Springing the Blues Festival, and have rented this little blue cottage several times, and keep coming back! It is quaint, clean, and the host, Jean, is an outstanding host. Very friendly and accommodating. I'm always sad when I miss my window to rent it for "me and my gal's "rights of spring"! »

« This property was absolutely wonderful. Its probably the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in and I am picky. The shower was fantastic!! It has a wonderful and peaceful back porch where we had our coffee every morning. It is in walking distance to downtown and many great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!! »

« Very comfortable! Very Clean and well equipped kitchen furnished with everything necessary for as much cooking as we wanted to do. Comfortable bed and functional bath. Close to beautiful, wide, and in May mostly empty beach. Walking distance to many good restaurants. We hope to return next spring. »

« We traveled to Fernandina Beach to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with a short stay. We booked this property because my daughter was bringing friends and the bed situation in this house was just right. My daughter was able to stay with her friends in one bedroom while I had the other bedroom. There was also space in the main part of the house for a queen size air mattress. The house was very clean and as pictured in the listing photos so we were happy. We also enjoyed a couple of the features...

« Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property. »
