How dirty it is everywhere, things broken, basically no room cleaning from house cleaning, people using profanities (bad words) very out loud in front of guest of all ages.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much. I’m here for one night pre-flight, and it’s a cheap hotel. The staff/management are wonderful, very attentive and helpful. My check-in was very easy (they even let me in to the room a little early). The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. There is a TV, fridge, microwave. Even a laundry room in the lobby and complimentary breakfast. Reserving my complementary shuttle to the airport was very easy and convenient. It’s also a 3 min walk from a mini golf place, and several restaurants, so if you have time, it’s a nice break! I’ll definitely be staying again!

Tv didn't work, went to desk several times about it ,toilet seat was loose, breakfast gal was rude, drain tile in bathroom was loose and almost fell on it, was reading and light went out. Awful place to stay. We felt like leaving but was so tired from traveling with my disabled husband

Landed at 1:15 am. Called for shuttle no answer. Call front desk no answer. Called property 800 number 45 mins later no help called expedia and got hing up on after giving my phone number and no call back had to call got a new person explained everything. On hold now. Told its a third party that booked it by expedia ..i thought i booked with you. Now ive waited at an empty airport at 2:46 AM.

We chose this hotel because we needed a last minute place due to flight cancel, had a shuttle from airport, breakfast and photos looked nice. Hotel wasnt reachable by phone when waiting for shuttle. Automated answering that hung up on us. Had to go through reservation number to request shuttle. Driver was nice but van was smokey. Got to hotel- and people live there. The hallway where the room was, was full of smoke from smokers. The room was non smoking but smokey. Details in the room were odd. Crooked lamp shades, downhill bed and desk. Requested a nonsmoking room. Did get replacement room on different floor. The exit door by it is propped open. Stained lampshade, drips of paint on floor, dirty window seat, and one of the beds goes downhill but bed is clean and new bedding. Even though staff is nice the smoke issue is unacceptable in my opinion. It reminds me of going to a restraunt in the 70s when the nonsmoking section was still smokey.

Room smelled like smoke and air condition did not work well. Also, there was no hair dryer. Asked for help on this in the morning and attendant was not helpful. Finally pulled one out of a different room and it did not work either. Horrible say!

The hotel rooms smelled of smoke and homeless people loitering in the parking lot begging for rides etc. It was clear people were living in the hotel and were loud going room to room of people they knew. I travel for work and it was the only place around not booked. I had booked for 2 nights and the second night I pulled in to police cars everywhere. A gentleman smoking weed in his truck as he proudly told me what he was doing. The kicker was when I went up to my room (I had arrive late the first night and went straight to bed). I was on w oro call and look up to multiple cockroaches on the walls with the room all lit up. I caught this at like midnight so had to pack up everything and unpack before I left to go through every item to make sure I didn’t carry any out in my luggage. Had to travel 30 min away to find a hotel that was open and got very little sleep due to having to leave so late and then spend a few hours to find a new place. Staff was very kind and gave refund without any questions

The property is clearly not maintained or cleaned well, a bug ran across the bathroom floor. Other guests were very noisy throughout the night. Left first thing in the morning.

Booked a stay for the weekend everything was fine until The second night a worker tried to come into our room in the middle of the night while we were sleeping.he managed to open the door but couldn’t because the door guard was there. Of course we were scared to open the door so we tried calling the front desk but the phone in the room did not work, so had to call from our cell phone. When we asked what happen the man that answered said it was him.he said that our reservation did not show up in the system and he was checking to see if the room was occupied ! Definitely sketchy, and a poor excuse I think he was up to something else. Be careful and stay some where else.

Room had blood spots on the floor. Window was cracked open and falling apart. Bench in front of window was soaking wet, light over seating window area was all brown and water possibly coming in room from there, floor by bed and window seat was wet, mold around the window, window covered in condensation all over, carpet molding up the wall ripped away, tiles broke in bathroom, hair on the floor from previous guests.

1st room was freezing could not adjust, I was given another room. The unit was noisy.The sheets were stain with black streaks ,the pillows were awful ,lumpy/ too large cases and smaller than regular size w/ lumps,the furniture was badly worn. The shower curtain rod was very loose and about to come off wall, no grab bars for safety, the toilet seat was loose. The breakfast was pretty good but often late not ready til 6:45 not good for early plane schedules. Need l go on ?not good. I

Our room was not the size we reserved. Apparently this location doesn’t have the larger rooms. So Expedia has false info. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed very well. The wardrobe was falling apart. But at $97 I suppose we get what we pay for.

We did not get the rooms we reserved. One of our rooms was not able to unlock with our key because the lock was broke and had to be unlocked by staff every time we wanted in. The dead bolt was broke. It smelled of weed and was very filthy. Doors down the hall were locked in, door knobs were broke on doors. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but left after the first night as we felt very unsafe and it was a filthy hotel.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been! I reserved a king studio suite and first night was told it wasn’t available. No hot water , tv WiFi didn’t work. I told the lady at the front desk about my room, she said talk to management tomorrow morning. I did , they said we will have your room ready this afternoon. They did , nothing worked in that room either . When I went to complain they said I had to talk to management and they weren’t there, we left ! Place stinks , Terrible service. Place has roaches and prostitutes ! Health Department of Florence Ky needs to shut this place down! Wyndham needs to visit and fire staff and remodel the entire facility!

The room i recieved was not satisfactory in any way there were naked wires sticking out of the wall where a light fixture was missing. The toilet was empty of water there was a huge hole in the wall where the bathroom door had been slammed into it. Very poor condition. The front desk staff was very helpfull and apologetic and supplied me with a new room which was better. Breakfast was very minimal.

The standards at this place are low: worn and tired carpets and, wallpaper, decor. As I walked down the hallway to my room at 1:00 am (late flight), I could hear people partying loudly, children crying, doors opening and shutting. I felt unsafe. And the deadlock on my door didn't work. There was no remote in my room, and the WiFi didn't work.

Staff was friendly and helpful and were hard working decent people. Motel was plagued with rough types of characters A mouse came into the room. Very noisy at night with neighboring room occupants trying to drown out what seemed like suspicious sounding activities with the tv blaring. Constant door slamming.Looked like a one decent hotel now suffering.

Didn't like that someone was running a vacuum cleaner at midnight and woke us up. Also lots of noise fro the room above us. I asked why they put us in a room on the 1st floor right near the lobby. The person didn't know why because there were rooms available on the upper floors.

Damaged furniture, STRONG smoke smell, cigarette and other. So strong our clothes stank and when we returned home our luggage was rank. The breakfast our first morning (Saturday) was good- eggs, biscuits and gravy and then the standard cereal and waffle options. However the other mornings breakfast was horrible. They didn’t offer any eggs or hot items, only cereal as waffle mix. By the third day our key stopped working and we waited at the front desk for 15min before someone came to assist. They had no luggage carriers when we were leaving and no housekeeping. We stated we had 3 guests but were given two towels and they never would give us new or clean towels our whole stay. The positive was their tv was a Samsung smart tv which a lot of hotels don’t have. The room was pretty overall other than the damaged furniture. We travel often and won’t return to this hotel though we’ll give the chain another chance.

I personally interacted with your lovely family and If I would have accommodated your needs if I had known our breakfast choices didn't meet your needs. Was hopeful, extremely disappointed.
I never write reviews. However, the entire front lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, and the staff were smoking inside the building. The picture on Hotels.com has to be at least a decade old. This hotel is literally falling apart. Rust and decay and shabbiness all around. The staff were friendly and the linens were well cleaned though. Everything else was horribly disappointing, I would look anywhere else in Florence and will probably avoid Wyndham again for any stays. There is a photo, this was one of any hundred examples I could’ve taken. But everything is basically that level of “hospitable.”

Microtel Inn check in quick and easy
Once again I was NOT let down when I came to check in here at Microtel Inn. Nikki had my keys and receipt ready to be signed. I walked into a clean room and had zero issues while I was there. Every shift was polite and quick when I needed a key remade or if I needed change to do laundry. Great stay....

Great stay. Once again extremely quick and easy check-in. Nikki (employee) was ready for my arrival and room in tip top shape. Great, quiet, and clean trip. No matter what time I have a request for the front desk I get polite and swift responses. Great stay again.

Microtel Inn is great. Nikki (employee), is always extremely polite, courteous, and prepared when I arrive for my stays here at the Microtel Inn. I'm always treated as their priority and making sure myself and my family have any and everything we need. If there is ever a request, no matter how large or small, I know that the staff here are going to do everything in their power to grant our requests. I recommend this hotel for any short or extended stay that you may need.
