Bel Hotel, Bel accueil, Localisation très pratique, au coeur de la ville. Immeuble très bien rénové. Le seul bémol se situe dans l'isolation des fenêtres qui laissent remonter le bruit des passants dans la rue.

L'équipe est adorable et très efficace. L'hotel peut être très bruyant et nous avons donc demandé à changer de chambre et l'équipe s'en est chargé très rapidement. Ils ont donc été aux petits soins.

Tout sauf la chambre 403
Hôtel idéalement situé dans le coeur de la ville, personnel compétent et serviable, petit déjeuner relativement varié, avec de bons produits, servi sur le toit-terrasse superbe de l'établissement. Énorme bémol : la chambre 403 qui nous a été attribuée était juste en dessous des cuisines du restaurant du toit-terrasse. Boucan infernal toute la soirée jusqu'à minuit. Inadmissible pour un hôtel de ce standing.

A very Fancy hotel , with excellent rooms well design , and the bathroom is also very fancy . You can go on the top of hotel to have a drink or a dinner . And the gym is quite small but you have everything you need .

Très bel hôtel , très bien situé
Tout très bien, personnel très aimable et disponible, service voiturier car hôtel situé plein centre Hôtel décoré avec goût , roof top pour le petit déjeuner ou boire un verre très sympa avec vue sur la ville Par contre les prix appliqués au roof top( 3 fois les prix d un bar normal) sont pour ma part non justifiés, certes, on a la vue, mais ils pourraient faire un effort sur la présentation et nous amener 4 cacahuètes C est le seul bémol de l hôtel, mais on est pas obligé d y boire un verre ou d y manger

Très bon hôtel - Attention au bruit.
Très bel hôtel, personnel sympathique et idéalement situé. Seul soucis, l'insonorisation vers l'extérieur qui était un peu limite au 2eme étage côté rue.

Exceptional cleanliness. Beautiful rooms. Kind, friendly service. The hotel is right in the middle of everything you want to see in Florence. Our family of 4 was able to easily walk to the train station, and all of the major attractions. The hotel is surrounded by amazing restaurants.

Nice hotel in the centre of Florence, very convenient to see the city with almost all places you’d want to see within walking distance. Can be noisy at night due to location, and it is not the easiest to drive to if you have a car. Had some issues with bookings made via the guest services site not seeming to work, and some staff were not immediately helpful in resolving it. Others were excellent though.

We stayed 4/12-4/14 and from the moment we arrived we were treated very well. We arrived early and we were able to checkin early. The room was a nice size for European standards. The room was decorated with a cross between Old World and modern style. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop breakfast was lovely. All the hotel staff were very friendly, professional, very attentive and helpful. An extra thank you to Daniele for going above and beyond with being helpful in helping me deal with a credit card challenge. The location was excellent, easily walk to all the main sites. I would definitely recommend Hotel Calimala to my family and friends!

Great staff. Only issue was construction right above our room. We were only there two nights and the hotel was full. We were trying to sleep off jet lag. I’m sure this was isolated and would recommend the hotel. I would stay there again but would make sure that there was no construction on or near the building during my stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel- we will be back. Staff was fantastic, hotel was clean and rooftop bar was incredible.

Hotel Calimala was a great stay! The stay was very pleasant and always was available to answer any questions or help out as much as they can. Since the hotel is located in the heart of Florence, everything is within walking distance (restaurants, Dumo, stores, bars, ect). The proximity is so great that I would recommend not renting a car. Just put on your most comfortable shoes and explore. Now when it comes the rooms, they seemed smaller than I expected but the hotel’s attention to detail and overall design is gorgeous. The large windows overlooking the city was my favorite. The beds are extremely comfortable as well. The hotel even offer charging converters which I thought was really sweet. They have two bars/restaurants on premise. One is located in the west building and the other is located in the east building. (Yes, the hotels are split up into two building, but that doesn’t take away from the experience). Anyway, the free breakfast wasn’t as great and could be better, but the steak we had for dinner was pretty decent and the bartender gave us free shots. Overall, I would definitely book with this hotel again. The service, staff, and hotel was nothing less than amazing.
