Hôtel élégant et confortable. Belle découverte.
C’est un très bel hôtel qui m’a heureusement surprise. Petites attentions dans le hall comme du café des fruits, du fromage... décor élégant. Très propre. Lit à baldaquin très confortable. Seul hic, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. J’aurais aimé un déjeuner plus complet au lieu d’un buffet continental.

Clean, very comfortable beds. Some paintings would be required on some spots. Noise from other rooms because of TVs and bathroom fan was a bit too high - but fortunately, neighbour stopped noise not too late. Lots of parking. Well located, but few restaurant choices. Though I have to recommend a very small but excellent Vietnamese restaurant about 15 minutes walk (2 minutes by car).

The hotel is well located and the team is great. We always stay there when visiting our family. So it is probably our 6th or 7th stay there. We noticed that the hotel is not getting any maintenance in the last years. Some doors need to the repainted and some carpets need to be raplaced.

Property is in desperate need of an upgrade. The rooms don't have plugs convenient for phone charging, wifi is terrible and the overall condition is run down. Our room had a lampshade with a burn hole completely through the lampshade from the lightbulb.

Weird place, room was ok, parking was odd, no matter what you pay on expedia they charge a 17$ "facility fee" on top of that, room ac was faltering, "breakfast" amounted to a gas station quality breakfast sandwich, cash only vending machines. Place looked nice and everything was clean but

This is by far my most favorite hotel in the Greater Hartford area. We stay here to visit family and the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. It’s more like a bed and breakfast with charming and historic decor. The breakfast is outstanding! We will be back.

Room was super clean though somewhat dated as others have mentioned. Felt safe and comfortable in a second floor room. The coffee at 6:00 am was old and cold and the fresh pot was simply added to the old coffee. The Continental Breakfast was like most hotels, and I would not have paid extra if it had been required. I would consider staying here again with a few modest improvements as the price was indeed reaaonable.

The hotel is beautiful. Really old school charm and elegant. The bed and pillows are amazing. The size and space of the suites is nice! The showers are nice and the bathrooms are big! 10-10 will recommend and stay at again!

Facility is dated at a wire sticking out of my side of the mattress. Had to telephone the front desk several times for an answer to a question housekeeping staff does not replenish the coffee even though they’re not cleaning the room. Vacuuming rooms above us early on a Sunday morning.

My daughter and I spent a night at the Inn. Rebecca warmly greeted us and was super helpful. The Inn was very comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast was one of the better ones I've had included with stays at various hotels/inns. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The inn was nicely decorated and a wonderful departure from the somewhat generic chain facilities. The room was beautiful and very clean. While there were signs of age here and there, they were noticeable only if you really looked. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, making us feel quite welcome. If the need arises to stay in the area again, we will definitely stay at the Farmington Inn!

We stay here every time we come to Connecticut to visit friends and family and have not ever been disappointed in the rooms, location and the staff is the most friendly and attentive. There are terrific restaurant nearby and a short drive to shopping.

Overall, a very good value especially for a pet-friendly hotel that accepts medium size dogs. The cleaning staff is using way too much air freshener in the hallways - it can almost gag you! Also, there is much lawn to walk your pet. But otherwise, this is a decent place to sleep in a beautiful area of CT.

Very quaint kinda like a bed and breakfast. Breakfast choices very good. Bed was too soft. Heat vs Cool controls hard to manage for comfort. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The Inn is starting to show its age. Hallway carpets are showing wear. Very uncomfortable mattress.
