Room had a leaking ceiling And Internet is not free! I called the front desk to indicate the ceiling was leaking water and they said they would send an engineer up to check it out. After 20 minutes, I called down and had to request a room change my self. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience, however, the manager called later about the review I left, and basically tried to make me feel guilty For their poor service provided.

The hotel is really old , look nice in the entrance but the rooms need upgrade and the beds the room no have microwave no internet !!!! You have to pay extra if you want internet !

For the face that the hotel was slightly expensive there was no free breakfast, no free internet, i felt like i was being nickeled and dimed. Baseboards were dirty and wallpaper was peeling off.

Spacious. Unfortunately, even though the hotel was nowhere near heavily occupied (sparse actually- - night before Super Bowl) the front desk put us in a very inconvenient room. (221 steps from elevator to our door - looong corridors. The desk person saw and talked to us. He KNEW we moved with some difficulty. My wife is 88 and I am 84. You’ll NEVER convince me that in the circumstances there was no more convenient room than we got! Bonvoy members for years, Marriott Vaca members, loyal to the brand and treated poorly…..

The property is very close to the mall and has plenty of options to eat and shop. The building itself is very nice and the entrance is very spacious. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room needed an upgrade bad. The chairs in the lobby and in our room were dated and looked like they were purchased when the hotel first opened. The furniture had tape on it like it the staff did a make up repair and I can’t believe you have to be a member of Marriott rewards to get free WiFi. Overall a good stay. I would stay there again but it may not be my first choice.
