« Pictures don't quite do the place justice. It is a great spot in a great location. Clean and spacious with comfortable beds. There is the noise aspect to consider, but wasn't bad at all when we stayed (4/12-4/14). This was for our annual siblings weekend and was a hit! The only thing to worry about is parking. We got lucky and found a spot, and just hopped on and off the streetcar for the weekend. »

"L’accueil a été inexistant, pas un mot. Nous avons donné nos documents et après contrôle le réceptionniste nous a donné la carte de la chambre sans un mot, sans aucune information. L’hôtel est envahi par des groupes de dizaines d’enfants avec quelques accompagnateurs, ça courrait dans tous les sens, dans tous les étages. Les parties communes ne sont pas très propres, la chambre est convenable. Concernant le petit déjeuner, nous avons retrouvé les groupes d’enfants, donc c’était compliqué d’obtenir une table, et le buffet n’était pas adapté. L’hôtel ne correspondait pas à mes attentes suite aux avis publiés."
