We regret that you encountered issues with your visit. As mentioned by the Front Desk upon check-in, the west side of the city was impacted by a tornado earlier in the day on the date of your arrival. We were quite fortunate not to receive any damage to the hotel or other nearby businesses, others were not so lucky. Unfortunately, the storms did cause widespread power outages throughout the region which affected our property as well. Our records indicate that your reservation was offered cancellation without penalty due to the circumstances, which was accepted.
