Air conditioner was trying to keep up and it never got below 71 (even with the hotel lock set at 68). Shower temperatures were good but shower spray was not that great. « The room was very comfortable and roomy. Just a few suggestions. In the bathroom, there needs to be some wall grips in the bathroom area. The toilet sits low so some people may need to extra help. In the shower, the floor is very slippery so some kind of mantis needed. »

« Employee at front desk was extremely welcoming and nice to talk to. We have stayed there many times. I want to point out that sign in our room on dish washer was very old informing us that the dishwasher was out of order. Must have decided not to fix dishwashers this year. Also ice maker didn’t work. Cable service was very bad and remote barely worked at all. Very dated system. Place needed upgraded but it was cleaner than usual so that’s an improvement. Appreciated the staff making up the bed...
