The broader property was conveniently located for my purposes. That is, it was located on a major arterial and a freeway. There was some traffic-related noise that I was expecting.

Carpets were filthy and the room wasn’t very clean. People were nice though.

It was right off the highway, easy to find. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We were in town for a business trip and it was a great stay.

My daughter and I tried using the pool area, it was full of unsupervised children. They filled the hot tub, that was not hot. They left for 5 minutes to eat came back and were flinging water at the heaters hanging from the ceiling. The hall carperts were dirty. It was noisy both late at night and before 6am the next morning. I will be staying somewhere else next time.

Once I checked in I was informed of a $50 incidentials pre-auth fee. If I was aware of it prior to, I would have booked at a different hotel.

It is clearly noted on the Expedia website about the incidental fee which is a common practice in most hotels that I have ever worked for or stayed at. Expedia just has it towards the bottom of their website.

The hotel was packed with noisy kids and when I went to check out early I got the boilerplate policy I’ll have to eat the second night. I couldn’t sleep the first night. The rooms were mediocre and the staff were unhelpful. I won’t be staying here again and will be recommending to others that they don’t stay here.

I am sorry to hear that your experience was less than expected. This is the time of year that we have lots of groups in-house. We do our best to make sure every guest is comfortable while here. Some of our rooms do indeed have Laminate Vinal tile in them that lots of our guests prefer, I am sorry that you did not. The beds are in the process of being replaced, with over half of them already replaced and more on the way. As for the no refund, when you book through a third party site we have to abide by their rules. I do hope you will try us again, if not I hope you find a suitable place for your needs.

The property in its entirety had so much “air freshener” you could hardly breathe. The first room we were booked into smelled severely of cigarette smoke. We requested a room change and the second room was just pure air fresheners. If you have any sort of breathing conditions or allergies I would not recommend this hotel.

We have paid 4x the rate for a much less comfortable, less clean, stay. It's not the Ritz, but an older building close to the freeway and railroad tracks, and we couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. It was clean and comfortable.

The fridge haven’t cleaned. There is an old ice coffee. Staffs were kind and breakfast was good enough. We just stayed one night for long drive and was just okay in general. There are many of Tesla charging station and convenient store as well
