« my room was super nice, recently remodeled and it was very roomy. The hallways and other parts could used some updating as well' My biggest complaint is no elevators. The elevators were damaged from the flooding that TOOK PLACE in MARCH!!! Over 3 months ago! There is no reason this shouldn't be fixed. I was on the top floor and it was a pain in the a$$. Not too mention, this should be on the website as some ppl might not even be ablt to use stairs. GET the ELEVATOR FIXED »

« I only stayed one night after a wedding but the staff was very polite and helpful! Our room was clean but the bathroom door didn’t lock which I didn’t love. Other than that, great stay! »

« Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied. »
