le centre de diving est très professionnel et convivial. Le staff du service à table au restaurant est très dévoué et accueillant ,souriant et attentionné. L'accueil téléphonique pour réserver la navette a duré 25 mn et nous n'avons jamais eu une personne anglophone , nous avons dû réserver le taxi de HURGADA AIRPORT aller-retour par nos propres moyens .

Excellent hôtel et restaurant
Un très bel hôtel haut de gamme Très bonne restauration Les buffets du petit dej avec gauffre et orange fraîche pressée a volonté Le menu égyptien très bien préparé une fois par semaine Le seul point négatif (qui n'en était pas un pour nous) est l'absence d'animation le soir et très calme en journée. Seulement aquagym le matin et volley l'après midi. Le soir un chanteur fait le show Lors de notre 1ere semaine nous avons vu spectacle de serpents, de cracheur de feu et de fakir Puis la 2e semaine rien

Rien de vraiment négatif. Le personnel très bien. Eviter les chambres du côté générateurs (Groupe électrogène) particulièrement bruyant..Pour le reste de l'hôtel mention très bien. Période du 19 au 29 octobre 2017

bon hotel, personnel super
nous avons passé une semaine dans cet hotel, nous venions exclusivement pour la plongée, finalement nous avons aussi profité du spa (sauna, hamman et jacuzzi gratuit). nous n'avons pas pris le all inclusive, seulement le petit dej', comme nous partions plonger c'était le mieux pour nous, mais attention il n'y a presque rien en ville (El Quseir) et à part le buffet (22€/personne) il y a peu de choix dans l'hotel pour manger, juste un bar qui sert qlq plats basiques mais tout à fait correct et un restaurant oriental ouvert le soir uniquement.

The staff and service were fantastic, we were looked after really well by everyone. The room we got was ok but not as nice as we expected, ditto for the food. The whole place really needs refurbishment, which to be fair has started. Be aware that there is really nothing local you can do so don't bother renting a car unless you plan to head to other places on your trip, plenty of diving/snorkeling from the centre on the resort and they have a tour arranger too. Overall value for money is so-so (around £110 per night half board for 2 people in a family room) .. but I cannot overstate how great the service is! I recommend it now if you get a better deal than we did, or wait until refurbishment is complete and I expect it will be fabulous and worth the price :)

Relaxing family vacation
Good stay. Egyptian staff were very friendly and accommodating especially mohamed who cleaned our room. Amazing snorkeling experience with magnificent reef. Wonderful New Year’s Eve buffet and entertainment. The hotel is a little run down but offers good value for money.

An Uninspiring Un-Eqyptian Bad Experience
You know when you see photos of a hotel and you get there and the place looks better than the photos? This is the opposite. Websites make the "resort" look beautiful, clean, and new when it is sad, dark, dirty, and aging. Maybe it depends on what you like in a vacation but this place was not the right fit for us. If you like poor-quality food that has nothing to do with the country you are in--and as much of it as you can eat--this is for you. If you like loud music at the pool and being surrounded only by tourists, this is for you. But if you want an authentic and kind Egyptian experience, like we were fortunate to have everywhere else in Egypt, don't stay here. Our biggest issue is the lack of hospitality from the front desk staff who started harassing us for payment a few days before our arrival despite our booking the room to pay at hotel. They demanded new credit card information and threatened to cancel reservation if we didn't provide it. Having spotty internet and no phone service made it near impossible to deal with the situation and the staff refused to say if they would honor the reservation even if we were driving 4.5 hours to get there. When we arrived, they were unapologetically indifferent. And after we checked out (day early), settling remaining charges, they blocked our taxi from leaving the property for half hour until we paid $25 for towel cards, not caring if we missed our flight. Beware also of aggressive massage salesman who doesn't take no for answer.

Nice place for Snorkeling.
I stayed there 7 days in total. I waited too long to check-in my room. The reseptionists were not good except Mr İbrahim. Many thanks to mr İbrahim.The sea was perfect and it was enjoyable to swim. Thank you to the restaurant’s chef and Muhammed Davut who was the waiter. They were helpful and serving very well. I was staying in the hotel for half board and the cost per day is 78 dolar. For two. But Unfortunately, the hotel receptions asked me to pay 28 USD dolar for the dinner per person of my last day at hotel. I found this expensive.

Um verdadeiro tratamento "five stats" nas águas turmalinas do RED SEA. Excelente para familias com criança, casais românticos, grupo amigos ou solteiros. Muitas atividades, comida excelente, academia, salão de beleza, sauna, várias piscinas, mergulho e o lindo mar azul com lindas ondas e corais. Dica: compre sapatos borracha para poder pisar perto dos corais. A cortesia dos funcionários nota 1000.

Man kann in dem Hotel einen sehr schönen Urlaub zu zweit verbringen. Es gibt eine Tauchschule, eine Shishabar und ein Riff, das nicht wirklich bewundernswert ist. Jedoch ansehenswert. In der Stadt kann man nicht viel machen, allerdings gibt es viele Ausflugsangebote in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung vom Hotel aus.

Amazing Hotel
Very relaxing, amazing food. The staff were super nice, and the people at the dive center are professional and very patient. I introduced my 11 year old and his cousins to diving and the staff were very patient and instructive. They all can’t wait to go back

Peaceful, total comfort and care
This was an excellent hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights to break up our busy touring. We arrived here by taxi from Luxor, a 3 1/2 hour journey through some interesting and varied countryside. There was no other easy way of getting here. It cost 1100 Ep. The food at the hotel was excellent, we elected for the half-board rate to be included in our stay and we were more than satisfied. Lots of space to relax near the beach or around the pools.

Great resort hotel with fabulous food
After two weeks of touring Egypt, we chose to spend the last week relaxing by the Red Sea, and this hotel was the best we stayed in during our trip. There is a lovely beach right in front of the hotel with a coral reef full of Maxima Clams and beautiful reef fish. We had the half board package, and would highly recommend it, the food that is put out for breakfast and dinner is superb. The staff at the hotel are diligent, friendly and aim to please; a real pleasure.

immer noch unter den Top 10 an der Red Sea
Hotel in die Jahre gekommen aber immer noch gut. Positiv: es wird kontinuierlich investiert in Renovierung. Derzeit werden Wege ertüchtigt und in Teilbereichen die Zimmer renoviert. Keine Lärmbelästigung! Küche: Leistung/Qualität hat etwas nachgelassen. Zwar immer noch gut aber nicht mehr so vielfältig. Subex: tauchen gut wie eh und je.... Zimmer: in Teilen renovierungsbedürftig, aber noch o.k. Gäste: Italienische Club nicht mehr dabei = weniger Italiener = ruhigere Atmosphäre und weniger Animation. Sehr gemischtes Publikum. Stärkerer Anteil Deutsche und Tschechen ( wegen neuer Fluglinie Air Cairo von Prag) - insgesamt entspannt und Angenehm. Personal: weniger Leute beschäftigt, kürzere Essenszeiten, alles rationeller = positiv für Hotelbetreiber ( waren ja auch einige sehr harte Jahre für Hotellerie...) aber nicht mehr so relaxt wie früher. Sind seit 2005 etwa alle 2 Jahre Repeater. Daher Kenntnisse über Entwicklung.

Great Food
Snokeling is very good. The beach is nice but not good for swimming even at high tide. Really good food at the restaurant (breakfast and dinner). Good service. Don't miss a half day tour to El Quseir. Tbe Fort is really interesting.

wundervoller und traumhafter Urlaub
Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen mit direktem Anschluss ans Meer. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Stilvoll angelegte Anlage und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal und immer hilfsbereit. Jeder Mitarbeiter ist darauf bedacht jedem Gast ein perfektes Urlaubserlebnis zu bieten. Erholung pur. Essen ist gut und abwechslungsreich, täglich wechselndes Buffet. Das Personal im Restaurant und an der Rezeption ist sehr nett, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Man versucht, allen Wünschen nachzukommen. Auch die von uns gebuchten Ausflüge über den privaten Fahrservice New Line Travel, wie die ins nahe gelegene Zentrum von El Qusier oder der Tagesausflug nach Luxor, waren ein echter Hit. Der Ansprechpartner hierfür, Herr Nour, war immer telefonisch erreichbar bzw. abens auch für ein paar Stunden selber im Hotel anwesend, um so die Besichtigungstouren zu planen und zu besprechen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passte ausgezeichnet. Wir haben es auch nicht verpasst beim Tauchcamp auf dem Gelände des Resorts einen Schnorchelausflug zu buchen. Das Team von Subex Diving Center ist super nettt und sehr kompetent. Wir können die Subex jederzeit mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen denn die Fischwelt und die Korallenriffe im Roten Meer sind sehr sehenswert! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen und das Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert. Gut angekommen, wohl gefühlt und schweren Herzens wieder abgereist. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche mit gutem Service und freundlichem Personal, bis auf den Check-Out, erlebt. Das Buffet war nicht besonders gross, qualitativ aber hochwertig. Das Beste am Resort ist aber mit Abstand die Tauchbasis von SUBEX! Top Ausrüstung, Guides und Tauchplätze!
