We were upgraded to a suite upon our arrival, which was nice. The true reason behind this was that the hotel was overbooked when we needed to extend our stay and asked for a lower cost room we were told we would not be able to do this. part the interior door jam was held on by one loose screw so every time anybody on our floor open or closed their door would rattle due to the change in air pressure. Air conditioning would only go down to 65° and was very loud every time it turned on and off, we had no control over it housekeeping, walked in on us, despite having to do not disturb sign on the door

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The bar is awesome. The informal dining for breakfast was very good. Quiet, clean, good staff. Transport to and from airport was very good and timely and complementary. Was able to walk to a meeting at the Federal Building no problem. Good restaurants in walking distance.

La remodelacion quedo muy bien, esta limpia aunque todo el hotel esta muy frio, el cuarto no funcionaba muy bien la calefaccion tuvimos que pedir una cobija y la llave de la regadera estaba floja y se batallaba para abrir la llave

Staff at the hotel was amazing. They were very helpful and very friendly and easy to work with. Sabor restaurant on site was awesome and the food was outstanding! we would highly recommend the spa.

The hotel was gorgeous the staff was very nice and helpful and the room was amazing, however a little small for the price. We were shocked to have been woken up at 5am but an alarm that lasted a hour and a half on the 3rd floor then when it stopped we tried to get a little bit of sleep before check out time (11am) and was woken up again at 9am by vacuuming in the hallways. We just stayed awake after that. When we walked out of our room there were wet floor signs all over the floors that werent carpeted. Im not sure if there was an accident or something. But we didn't get much sleep from our stay.
