Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry, we have recently started to manage our social media as well and we are listening and we will be making changes. We keep a clean and comfy hotel, but sometimes you need to step it up and we will be auditing all rooms and making adjustments! Thanks again for the feedback and especially your patronage!

Thank you for your feedback, although we may be an older hotel, our rooms are clean, our T.V.'s do work, if there is ever any mistake or issues, you can enter the room and look around and then go to the lobby and we will move you immediately, if there is an issue, to a more suitable room. We do apologize and have sent it to the managers for review. We do appreciate your patronage and letting us know. We wish you safe travels.

Really dirty , Tv didn’t work right mirrors dirty bathroom walls ECT!!! Will never stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it either Horrible!!! need to hire better staff to clean better!! Didn’t take pictures people will see by them self

Thank you for your feedback, we have been in the industry for many years and we might be an older hotel, however we do keep our rooms clean. When you check in, if you should go to your room and it is NOT clean, please go right back to the front desk and let us know kindly and if possible we can send the housekeeper in to rectify the situation OR we will move you to a clean, more suitable room! Thank you for letting us know, it helps us to keep on track in providing you with an affordable clean hotel room!!

There was roaches in the refrigerator also A lot around the room one got into my clothes and my case.

There is limited parking, they don't clean your room, no phone or alarm clock. The area is ghetto, and don't expect to get sleep because you can hear everything because the walls are thin. The bed has visible stains the walls have what i hope was dried food on them. The shower never got close to warm.

Cheapest in the area with best rating, so this is what you should expext. Good bed, large room with WiFi. All you need for a sleep over. Not dirty but not a brand new accomodation. Good value for money

the place was dirty, a lot of transient folks, large roaches the room had no headboard for beds, no nightstands next to beds, but the Motel employees were very courteous and helpful. I could not tell them about the place because I didn't think it was their fault. We actually left that motel that evening and went to another.

We have since cleaned this up a bit, however we are in the heartland with farming and we do our best to control any pest situations, we are a limites service budget hotel and we are clean, in addition, we are very sorry that you did not have a good stay, we invite you to return if you are ever in our area again!

No Place to Stay Even You Want a Good Night Sleep
When we arrive even though I had a guaranteed confirmation, there was no room so I was sente to another motel La Siesta that they owned. When I went there the door was locked at no one there at 2:00 PM. I waited for 10+ minuted for someone to come to the registration window. On the plus side the room was good size with a seperate kitchen area. The room provided was near the front and the traffic noise kept us up all night. We will never again book here.

Thank you, for the past review, we have handled these issues, to be clear this is the heartland of the farming area and we do have the waterbugs, this is not from being dirty, which is the assumption, it gets very hot in the summer months and we have them at that time as well, we do our best to keep our hotel comfortable and clean, we understand if this is upsetting and we wish you the best.

Nice place to stay! Kind workers.
Management was very nice and seemed to work hard to keep the place top shape. The internet wifi is spotty so digital TV was the only thing I could watch. Lots of space in the room. Close to 7-11 and Vons as well as laundromat.

Good El Centro hotel
I was worried because of bad reviews, but the place didn’t warrant them at all! It was clean, friendly, comfortable, spacious, and quiet. Good TV channels and not far from restaurants. I would stay here again in a second!

5he manager was very hlpful but people com and going on the property were unsavory. Most rooms rented out on long terms. Property on grounds semi clean
