Hôtel qui aurait besoin d’être rafraîchit. Les tapis sont tachés et tout semble dater des années 80. Par contre le personnel est vraiment dévoué.

Après avoir fait de nombreux Holiday Inn, j'ai été déçu par l accueil et les services proposés par cet hôtel. Facil d'accès, bien connecté au service de bus publics. Petit déjeuner moyen et attention ils font payer une taxe " supplément plateau" pour le room service ! Incroyable

Excellent hotel pour visiter Edinburgh
Hotel bien situé à proximité immédiate du zoo. Un arrêt de bus permet de se rendre rapidement en centre ville. Le service est excellent et le buffet de petit-déjeuner propose des spécialités locales.

Le samedi à 4h30 nous avons été réveillé par l'alarme incendie. Tout s'est bien passé mais nous avons regretté le manque d'informations suite à cet événement.

Hôtel loin du centre ville, station de bus proche. Personnel accueillant, salle de bain un peu vétuste. Nous avons logé au 5ème étage certainement sous la laverie, bruit de machine pendant la nuit. Petit déjeuner copieux et assez varié.

We’ve stayed here before and it’s clear that the bedrooms have been refurbished as the room was much nicer than last time. The bed was very comfortable and there’s plenty of room to hang your clothes in the wardrobe. The staff are always very polite and helpful. It’s very handy for the zoo and there’s a great Chinese restaurant right opposite.

Holiday inn edinburgh is next to edinburgh zoo so a good hotel for families. Premium rooms are nice and spacious although i did find the bathroom a little cramped for the room type. The reception staff were very good especially at check inn over easter son was so pleased when the recpetion member took over an envelope with Easter things in it, which made him feel very special and rought smile to his face.

Hotel is a monstrous building in a nice area. Very few Scottish staff, you could be anywhere. The breakfast a big disappointment, congealed scrambled eggs, several customers complaining about the uncooked bacon (most of us do not like partly grilled uncooked). Not good value for money. Just a big chain hotel with no personality

The room was lovely and so was the hotel. The breakfast was first class but the dinner was far from first class. It took almost an hour to get our food and the food wasn't the best, neither was the service. When we complained, we didn't even get an apology from the waiting staff. However, the manager was very apologetic and helped rectify things. Not the best £70something we've ever spent on food. Overall though, we'd stay there again, we just wouldn't eat dinner there.
