The bathroom was filthy. Hair all over the bathtub. The mirror was filthy. Can tell it has not been cleaned in forever. There were things left on the bed from previous people like hairbands in the bed. Air barley worked. The building is not secure even all the doors in the back alley you don't need a key to get into. I would NEVER stay here again. This place is disgusting!

First of all I arrived around 4PM to check-in but was told there would be a 20-minute wait, because the room was not ready. Secondly, there was no cups for water or an ice bucket left. Finally. the bed was hard and only one thin blanket. It was quiet.

I liked that my dogs were able to come with me. The staff was friendly. The only thing i struggled with was the heat. The directions on the wall were not for the newly installed heater that looked like an air conditioner but was a heater too. Otherwise it was a decent stay

I'm going to tell the truth with this review and say my stay was awful, on many levels. I specifically asked housekeeping to service my room on a particular day and they didn't. Then, they knock the day afterward! I'm a healthcare traveler who works PM shift and often don't get up til 9am. They should at least have privacy door tags so this doesn't happen. Also, the coffee maker had been replaced since I first stayed, but spit water out. They will also charge exorbitant fees for absolutely no reason to keep enabling their poor quality staff. There's a difference between being kind (with boundaries) and being stupid. no reason for me to stay here anymore, I have a new contract 100 miles south in a week and a half. Leaving the cooties behind!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL! FRONT DESK KNOCKS ON MY DOOR AT 10PM TO WAKE MY DOG AND I AND ACCUSES ME OF SMOKING MARIJUANA. THEN SAYS MY DOG AND I WILL NEED TO STEP OUT SO THEY CAN CHECK MY ROOM. GUESS WHAT THEY FOUND? NOTHING EXCEPT A BROKEN SHOWER, WHICH WAS NEVER FIXED. I WENT WITHOUT A SHOWER THE NEXT DAY. TERRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE OFFERED NO COMPENSATION EXCEPT I'M SORRY. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. THESE ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE

Was not a place I would ever stay again dirty rooms and my toilet was not working rent the room for 3 nights and they never fix it or gave us a new room was horrible

Very poor customer service room was smaller than what I paid for got a smaller bed and no microwave floor was filthy dirty looks like it never was cleaned also dog hair everywhere when you first walk into the hallway by the vending machine it was like someone had multiple parties in there looks like they never cleaned it before very disappointed in the place spent money that really we shouldn't have to get out of the cold feel very disappointed and will never go back again would like my money back if at all possible thank you

The property allows dogs in the rooms which makes the cleanliness of the floors understandable. The bedding had stains on the comforters. The bathroom fan was caked in dust. The room smelled very bad and our clothes and luggage smelled like the room after leaving.

This motel was so sketchy. The whole place is filthy, there was no hot water, dark inside and out with not enough lighting. While we were in our room, the front desk double rented and gave somebody else a key to our room. While we were sleeping, they were unable to lock our door. Unacceptable and dangerous!!

I have stayed at Motel 6 several times as a traveler healthcare professional. The staff truly redeem this place. They are some of the nicest people in the motel industry Eau Claire has to offer. On the other hand the reviews are correct about the property condition. One other unique addition is the property is on a bus line. I have taken Greyhound to Eau Claire and taken taxis many a time from the depot to here. Would recommend if you have pets and don't want to spend a fortune to board them while taking them with.

As soon as I got to the property I saw how unkempt and dirty everything was. Basically looked run down. I walked into my room and immediately noticed that the curtain was half broken off the window. Had to rig it so I could have some privacy from outside. Then I noticed all the mirrors looked as though they weren’t cleaned-fingerprints everywhere. If it weren’t already so late in the evening I would’ve left and found somewhere else to stay.

A/C was set at 62 degrees and running full blast. Dirty facial tissue on the floor. Not a square of toilet paper in the room - empty roller. Many cosmetic damages to the walls, missing tiles, missing bathroom light lens, etc. TV and service were disappointing: unit wouldn't turn off, volume would not adjust. Cannot recommend at all

The price was reasonable, it was pet friendly, no frills, clean, it had new tile floor in our room, faucet was updated, bathroom was painted and updated. It still needs some updating but looks like they are working on that. We had guests running around at early morning hours above our room. Overall for the price it was good.

Better but not great.
Our stay here fir one night was alright. The room was clean, the staff were polite. Its one of the better Motel 6's that we have stayed in but still had issues. The rub dudnt drain very qell when showering and you ended up standing in ankle deep water as you showered. The bed was horribly soft to the point of being uncomfortable. Our upstairs neighbors were extremely noisy and banging above us....thankfully, they respected the 9 pm quiet time rule.

Paid an extra 30 to check in 2 hours early. Cigarette busts and over flowing garbage were everywhere outside the building. The room had nothing in it but a used bar of soap . Very noisy all night.

My experience was terrible. Got away for a quiet night. The room above my was noisy. Told hotel staff but the loud noise still continues after they talked to them. Would not recommend Motel 6 to anyone.

Needs repairs
The beds were comfortable but the place is in desperate need for repairs. The first room we were booked into was not cleaned from the day before but they quickly got us into another room. The room was cleanish but obviously not a room they rented out very often cuz the tv and fridge were not plugged in and there was no artwork or anything inviting in the room. Overall glad I didn’t pay a lot for the room but it wasn’t a place I would choose to stay at again unless it was my only choice due to circumstances.
