Loved the location. Property was clean and very safe. Kids loved the pool area-very well lit and nice chairs to relax. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again.

The elevator was filthy dirty with a horrible smell. They stated breakfast was included and was open between 5:30 am and 6:00 am. We went to breakfast at 6:30 am but there was nothing other than toast and waffles. We asked the desk clerk and he said the roads are bad so I don’t know when breakfast will arrive! Would not consider this hotel again.

This place was great…breakfast was lovely and the people working were so helpful. It was great to sit in the hot tub at the end of a long chilly day and then head to the bar and relax. Nice location and great amenities.

Disgusting bed and trying to hide it
Arrived at 7:30pm. Got the 2 rooms as we asked for. Being next to each other. Left to go get dinner and came back to swim. Went to bed, and found that the one bed under the comforter was soaked in beer. The sheets were soaked down to the mattress. Now I found why the heavy smell of cleaner. Absolutely disgusting. Now I need a new room and that room has the poorest water pressure. Rm215 Won't stay there again.

Unclean!
Room was dirty and had bugs crawling on the bathroom walls and tub and bug excrement on the walls. Was not sure what kind of bugs they were and asked for a different/clean room. Next room was not much cleaner and had a musty odor. We will not be returning and do not recommend.

This was the very best place I have stayed at in years, Cleanliness, Fantastic hospitality from the Staff ( Jocelyn is a rare gem ) Best Western should acknowledge this one) breakfast was great, entire place very much felt like a home away from home. Thank you for the wonderful facility!

The room was pretty clean. The curtains would not come close to closing all the way so I had to close them with a hair clip. Our TV remote didn’t work and one of the electrical outlets beside one of the beds didn’t work. However, every front desk worker each of our 3 days was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was absurd. It’s posted that breakfast runs until 9:30 however all 3 days by 9:00 the biscuits, gravy, coffee, and breakfast meat ran out. Anyone that asked the attendant about refilling something was told the same - we’re out for today, sorry. Sometimes the attendant would end up bringing out a little more of something, but it would be a little bit of gravy but no biscuits. Nothing stayed refilled well. The yogurt machine was completely empty the last 2 days and the attendant told another guest yogurt hadn’t been ordered. The waffle batter machine ran out before 9:30 our first 2 days. The first 2 days I overheard people in the breakfast room talking about problems in their rooms too. One lady mentioned she was part of a group of people staying in several rooms and every room had a problem. The pool was cloudy and the surface of the water had that slimy look to it. We didn’t venture beyond sticking our legs in even though we booked the hotel because we wanted a pool. I will not be staying here again when we’re back to see family in the area nor will I recommend it.
