Hello Anna, Thank you for your time time in leaving usw feedback. we understand you were at church and we completely respect that. However when you checked in, you had signed the registration card that says you will vacate the room at 11:00, we do have policy in place where if any guest is running late or need extra time to check out. we work with them, In order for that to happen guest should contact our front office staff for this request, we will accept the request based on availability. most of the time we have no issue with the request, Our staff has been with us for more than 10 years and they have complete knowledge for any late checkout request.
