« It is definitely close to things, but quiet and nestled away. Walk out the door to the left and see the Sunsphere and Worlds Fair Park and UT, go to the right and walk towards the market area, or towards the river and South Knoxville. We picked it for convenience to walk everywhere, which we did. The pictures (probably taken after remodel) reflect the space provided, though the space has aged some since then and could use a freshening up and better inside lighting. The building was very quiet...

« Beautiful little condo tucked up in the Smokey Mountains! Well equipped and even had Kcups for coffee in the morning. Breathtaking views from the balcony and grounds. Perfect space for my husband and myself. The road up there was entertaining too - trust your navigation system! Easy access to the national park. We would definitely recommend this unit and would love to stay again. »

« We enjoying this little nugget of a place. Located directly on the Little River, we sat on the porch with a blanket most of our first morning listening to the river and the rain. If relaxation is what you are looking for, this is the place for you...the perfect opposite to the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. Don't forget to visit the Little River Pub & Deli next door for some seriously good sandwiches and a great assortment of local beers. »

« The cabin was very nice, we had a little trouble checking in, but that was our fault for not knowing how to use the key pad. We had trouble so we contacted the property manager, and she responded in a very quick and timely manner and even FaceTimed us to help! »

« The property was very quiet and peaceful. The only issues we noticed were that the coffee pot was FILTHY. We had to run 4 pots of water to get it clean of the grime and when we wiped it down it was awful. The hot water for the shower was GONE WITHIN 10 minutes. Other than those things, we thoroughly enjoyed the property and the owners were very nice as well. »

« A clean and comfortable suite with large living area. A separate bedroom with a lovely view and light. A basement location decorated and arranged comfortably. Plenty of lights for safety indoors and outdoors. Many family fun games available »

« Was in Kodak working an event and just needed a place to sleep. Its a beautiful home, its the basement which has been turned into a gorgeous apartment, 2 king size beds, small kitchen area, 1 bathroom, both rooms are huge. Felt like home away from home. Quiet neighborhood. Doreen was very friendly. Would definitely consider this home for future stays! »

« The condo was small but very nice and had plenty of room for our family of 5. The kitchen was functional. The kids loved to use the spiral staircase as a jungle gym. The place did have wifi despite saying that it didn't, so that was a welcomed surprise. The only annoyance was that the window by the downstairs bed did not have blinds, so if you want to sleep past sunrise, I hope bright lights don't bother you! The blinds were in the corner, so I guess that previous renters had broken it off....

« We only stayed for about 36 hours on our way home from the ocean. It was a nice change to stay in such a unique place - a barn! It was nicely decorated. We have stayed many times in the area before but not necessarily in this part of town. The only downfall was the no cell service but we knew to expect that. We had bear visitors in our yard & on the porch which was very cool. The kids loved the air hockey table. Owners were so responsive, »

« Love the whole entire concept! My grandson who loves trains was in HEAVEN! All the little details in the train and outside were absolutely perfect!!! If there was a negative it would be that the back area isn’t completely fenced in. When you have small kids close to that busy road it’s dangerous BUT the train, the cleanliness, accessibility and easy check in/out was on point!!! WAY TO GO!!! »
