« Property was in a great location and the amenities were solid for a couple night stay. Couple of things to be prepared for though. There is no air conditioning or elevator. The stairs up to the units are very narrow, uneven, and spiraled. Thankfully I’m young and in good shape, but I was still very tired after climbing 79 uneven, narrow steps with luggage up the the 4th floor. »

« I don't even know where I should start. In summary, our stay in Paris was completely ruined by this property and the hosts. The place is filthy - and most certainly has mold issues (bad stench and musty odor) - does not sleep 5 as it advertises (only has 2 full size futons - the other single futon is broken and there is no space to open it) - with items that are literally falling apart. And here's the kicker - we came back one evening and there was no water. Not in the faucets, not in the toilet...

« Excellent location! The apartment is located right in the heart of the action of the Marais neighborhood with great restaurants, interesting shops, and attractions nearby. That it is located on the ground floor with no stairs to negotiate is much appreciated after arriving in Paris with luggage after a long flight. We won't hesitate to stay here again when we return to Paris! »

« This location was amazing. Great to walk to all major tourist sites and 5 mins from a main overground and underground station for Eurodisney and other options like Sacre Coeur. Great shops for food, bakeries and general needs. Flat is up 3 flights (no lift) and is functional and very clean. Couple of things weren't working like the reading lights and the shower lights in the internal bedroom. We didn't expect this to be fixed whilst we were there, as the main lights were working, but just...
