Dear Guest,first of all thank you very much for kind feedback.A little bit wondering about your message because 50m of our hotel there is an bus stop to go to city centre and 200m train station. Also city centre is aprox. 1km only far away. And as our hotel describtion we are an hotel Garni only with breakfast and you booked it. So if you want to have an restaurant inside, why you did not book an hotel with restaurant. Don't you think that you first look online at where a hotel is located and then decide whether the location is suitable or not?Many of our guests appreciate our convenient yet very quiet location; It's a shame you had a different opinion.Best regardsYour Team Best Western Hotel Neuss

We were 2. My room did not have lights and I was told to wait for next day. I had to use toilets lights. Bathroom needs to be refurbished

Business hotel?
je suis tres mecontent de cet hotel. Nous avons reserve 2 chambres pour 3 nuits pour un montant de 950 euros. Cette hotel s'appelle Comfort business hotel et est censé avoir 4 etoiles et il n'y a pas de wifi. C'est tout a fait scandaleux pour ce type d'hotel, comment peut on pretendre accueillir des businessmen si ils ne peuvent pas travailler. je me suis plains tous les jours de ce desagrement et on m'a conseillé...d'aller regarder mes mails au mcdonalds du coin!!!! je suis absolument outré et je ne passerai plus jamais par expedia qui m'a beaucoup decu! quant a l'hotel, evidemment je ne le recommande pas!

Hotel calme relativement proche du centre de Dusseldorf. Stationnement facile et gratuit. Chambre assez spacieuse. Hotel correct mais sans être extraordinaire.

Very clean, quiet and hospitable. Excellent breakfast, varied and tastefully prepared. Staff from the kitchen and housekeeping are very polite , friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with high ceiling and large windows. Very nice stay.

Overall a decent budget hotel to stay overnight. Free and sufficient parking space. The staff at the breakfast was super friendly and very nice to our kids!

Convenient with tram stop reasonably nearby. No local shops i could find. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Limited hotel facilities.

Everything perfect but no internet
It was a good hotel, well equipped, solid breakfast. But you don’t get an Internet connection. At least not after 8pm. In the afternoon 4pm it works perfectly, later you can still connect to the WiFi but won’t get no internet access, which wasn’t really great being on a business trip.

Not what I am used to from Best Western.
No one at the hotel to check us in for over 30 minutes. There was one towel, and one shower towel for 2 people in the room. I had reserved a room with a king size bed. The room only had a queen size.

Dear Guest, first of all we have to say sorry for long waiting to check in. Because of the actually Situation all our rooms are only ready for one person, but if we get a booking for two; of course we take second towels in it. If this will be forgotten pls you can take them at the recedption. You are right with king and queen size bute all our kingsize beds are at the moment not available because most of them are at the 4 floor and because of Covid we have closed one floor. We are realy sorry for this circumstance. But we guess that you will understand some of the problems since 1 year for all hotels. Thank you very much for understanding. Super Hotel Super Service sehr zu empfehlen
Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war hervorragend. Der Herr an der Rezeption ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Betten bequem. Checkout war sehr zügig und freundlich. Frühstücken konnte ich leider aus Zeitgründen nicht. Ich werde sicher wieder in dem Hotel übernachten wenn ich beruflich in der Nähe bin.

Dårlig hotel.
Ingen rengøring af værelset under hele opholdet. Dårlig morgenmad vi fik ikke hvad vi bestilte. Meget larm om natten fra rangereng af godstog. Aldrig mere dette hotel.

Hotel is located next to the office i was visiting, main reason for choice. comfortable and very helpful receptionist late at night - but no air conditioning!
