We are very sorry to read you were not satisfied with your stay.
Since our hotel is heritage building, rooms are the same size as the original ones from the 16 century, so the size of the rooms and windows could not be altered.
Furthermore, the hotel is located 10 minutes driving distance from the Old Town.
Once again we are very sorry we did not meet your expectations.

As for the area around the hotel, we can only apologize for not being up to par with us. The good news is that this area should be completely reconstructed and become one of the top locations in Dubrovnik with a nice promenade.
