Hotel Proche de mes rendez-vous
Je cherchais un hôtel qui me permette d'aller à mes différents RDV à Dublin, San Ramon et Pleasanton. celui-ci était central, attractif en termes de prix, proche des autoroutes sans y être collé. Je suis resté 2 jours; de bons restaurants pas loin (Pho Saigon), voire à pied pour ceux qui ne veulent pas sortir loin de l'hôtel. Le personnel de l'hotel est super et les chambres aux standards Holiday Inn. Aucun commentaire négatif à soumettre.

hotel pour un sejour professionnel
Chambre 308 peu bruyante. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Restaurant bon rapport qualité-prix, ouvert jusqu'à 22h. A proximité du train et d'un centre commercial mais une voiture est nécessaire malgré tout.

J'ai passé trois mauvaises nuits: les chambres sont mal insonorisées. On entend claquer les portes dans le couloir et même le bruit de la climatisation des chambres voisines me réveillait la nuit.

We stopped here by accident while we were on a long road trip. We stopped to grab gas and dinner. The city was clean and felt safe. We looked online for a hotel and this came up at a great price. Was very clean with modern updates. There was security on site and felt very safe. Would stay again for sure.

Customer service was excellent. They were very nice and accommodating. They helped out and looked after our belongings when we had an emergency leave with no check out. They kept all of all things and had them nicely boxed and in a locked place. Had no issues in picking it up. The hotel was very clean and smelled very nice. One of the best over all places we have stayed.

Satisfied. Note: Sadly, the “Indoor” pool is detached from the Hotel (one must walk outside to and from it; not a good idea during cold weather, especially with little ones!!!): the Hotel does Not disclose this inconvenience.

Jessie, the front desk clerk , was amazing at helping me sort out some issues caused with this third party app. I guess what hotel.com provides or whatever request you make does not get forward to the front desk? The best bet is to go through the hotel front desk and tell them what you need personally.

We had a room on the first floor that looked out onto the parking lot. There were no blackout curtains so light and sound streamed right in. The toilet backed up, twice. Our room keys didnt work, twice. We were there 3 nights. Hookers were a regular sight in the parking lot. The usual buffet breakfast weve had for free at every other Holiday Inn weve ever stayed with was 15 bucks a person and so not worth it. I travel a lot and IHG hotels have always been a constant mid level hotel i can count on. I will never stay at this one again.

The rooms are outdated. The air conditioning blasted arctic air directly at the bed, and, when off, the room intantly turned hot and stuffy. Very hard to find a comfortable temperature. Also, the water smelled and tasted swampy.

Holiday Inn usually has a certain reputation and standard, and we have experienced many different locations in various cities in the past, which is what prompted us to select the property in Dublin. Never have we had such a abysmal experience until now. This specific Dublin location did not meet the expectations of other Holiday Inns. The location was very run-down, dirty (desks, bathrooms, floor carpets) and poorly managed. The bathroom and sink were tiny as well, with hardly any room for one person. Overall, we were greatly disappointed in the entire experience at the Dublin-Pleasanton Holiday Inn. We will not be returning here.
