Niveau rapport qualité prix n’est pas au top. Il est vraiment bien situé mais l’état des chambre est vraiment pitoyable. Ça mérite un bon coup de rénovation. Et de mise à jour.

Vous pouvez venir de l'aéroport en prenant le bus 700 il s'arrête juste devant lhotel cest super pratique. L'hôtel est a 20 / 25 mn a pied du centre ville ou vous avez également des bus en face de l'hôtel. Hotel propre, literie confortable, un peu une odeur de poussière dans la chambre mais ca allait Nous avons dîner au resto de lhotel, personnel super agreable et diner tres bon

The room was very comfortable. We really appreciated the fact that our room was ready early and that we could check in early. The staff was very welcoming, professional and helpful.

Bonne impression d’ensemble
Hotel un peu loin du centre ville, il est arrivé qu’après une journée de visite, on rentre en taxi(8-9 euros). Grand hotel, beaucoup de groupes ou de congrès mais dans l’ensemble agréable. Aspirateur pas passé deux fois. Petit déjeuner copieux mais bruyant.

[FR] (COUPLE CANADIEN EN VOYAGE ROMANTIQUE, SANS LES ENFANTS) Nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre séjour. C'est un hôtel calme et sécuritaire, où les touristes peuvent se reposer confortablement après un très long voyage et entre chaque journée d’aventure. Le service client était impeccable. Lorsqu’un désagrément ou un problème est inévitablement survenu, on nous a rapidement proposé des solutions ou des alternatives. Nous avons choisi l’hébergement avec les petits déjeuners. Cela s’est avéré être une excellente décision : c’était délicieux et frais. J’ai particulièrement apprécié les produits locaux proposés. En outre, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité du fish & chips servi au bar de l'hôtel, qui était supérieure à celui que nous avons mangé dans un resto-pub du quartier de Temple Bar. /// [EN] (CANADIAN COUPLE ON A ROMANTIC TRIP, WITHOUT THE KIDS) We really enjoyed our stay. It truly was a calm and safe hotel, where tourists can comfortably rest after a very long journey, and between each day of adventure. The customer service was flawless. When an inconvenience or problem inevitably occurred, solutions or alternatives were quickly offered to us. We chose the accommodation with breakfasts, and this turned out to be an excellent decision : it was delicious and fresh. I particularly appreciated the local products offered, and waffles. In addition, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the fish & chips served at the hotel bar.

Sejour clayton
Nous sommes restés avec mon copain 3 nuits .très joli hôtel propre .petit dej au top et le bar est super sympa ainsi que la bouffe lol proposée .juste a côté des arrêts de bus parfait pour se rendre au centre ou autre .de plus on a pris un.car de l aéroport qui nous emmenait directement a l hotel et pareil pour le retour donc très pratique. En vrai très bon hôtel super ville .esperons revenir mais cette fois ci pour aller côté campagne irelandaise.

Hôtel agréable et propre
Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre correspond aux photos, donc pas de mauvaises surprises. Hôtel agréable, propre, et confortable. Le personnel est très gentil. L’hôtel n’est pas très loin du centre, possibilité de faire pleins de choses à pieds. Arrêt de bus juste devant l’hôtel. Magasin Spar pas loin. Petit bémol : les chambres sont collées, donc il faut espérer avoir des voisins pas trop bruyant. Mais c’est vraiment un détail

L’hôtel est très bien situé à quelques minutes du centre. Très propre, la literie est super, les chambres spacieuses et le personnel très gentil. Le seul bémol est le parking. Personne ne nous a dit pour un pass in and out. Nous avons du payer des sorties au lieu du tarif résident de l’hôtel à la fin du séjour. Heureusement cela a été réglé avec l’hôtel. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Assez bien placé par rapport au centre ville ( pub sympa à proximité) . Petit-déjeuner diversifié. Chambre grande , très mal chauffée, le chauffage de plus faisait beaucoup de bruit quand il marchait ( nous avons dû demander une couverture) , mini-bar vide, ménage pas très bien fait , pas d’isolation phonique et thermique par une porte intermédiaire entre le couloir et la chambre d’où un courant d’air froid venant sous la porte palière du couloir .

This property was excellent in every way. The staff, service, cleanliness of the room were extremely important. We needed medical assistance and they called a doctor for us and the outcome to the situation was superb. I would definitely stay here again!

I really liked how the property wasn’t centrally located and was in a quieter neighborhood. It was conveniently located near many bus stops so it was accessible to the city centre. Thought it was a huge hotel, we thought that the attention to customer service by the staff was excellent. The hotel itself was unfortunately, very dated. We didn’t think it was as clean and witnessed many small details in our room that we thought were unclean. We were also stuck inside our room one day as we couldn’t open the door as there was something jamming it from opening. Though they tended to it quickly, it was still an annoying part of our stay. For the quality of the stay, especially w the poor cleanliness, I didn’t think the price was worth it.

Did not like the showers. Walkin shower for handicap room had low pressure. Other rooms have very narrow tubs and for older people did not feel safe taking a shower. Hotel staff was great in changing rooms to facilitate and older person.

This hotel is huge takes almost 5 minutes to get from elevator to my room. I loved the design and ammenities. The full Irish breakfast was nice. The only think that disappointed is a lot of things are broken or heavily scratched or chipped. The fridge wooden door was completely ripped off the metal door stuck behind and pointy end of the screws pointing out and that is a serious safety risk. Avoid the room service pizza the cheese is of low quality and the tomato sauce bitter and acidy same with the ham melt cheese with tomato bland and absolutely discusting and a real rip off for 43€ it’s to avoid at all cost. Other than those two things they need to immensely improve I enjoyed my stay there.
